New to the neighbourhood, therefore they did have what I was looking for.

0 stars if I could. I went to drop off a package. I was told it was too big, however fedex said I was able to drop off at any FedEx Drop Off location. I was then asked if I was buying anything. I replied, no I am just dropping this off. I was floored when the store owner replied “then I cannot take it” well you can be sure that now I will never be buying anything from here. Do not recommend

0 STARS! Never place a package for pickup here. FORCED me to purchase something in the store for a simple Purolator pickup.
DO NOT SHOP HERE

WILL NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES UNLESS YOU BUY SOMETHING!

And you do NOT need to be buying something to use the courier services. He is a scammer and will steal your package if you just leave it.

I have to pickup a package from Purolator. I set preference for pickup at this location. The when I arrived The guy was asking me for the paper they stick on the door. Well I do not have it I only have a Text message that says ready for pickup and tracking. But he is charging me $1 for copying my ID.

Last time whenI have to drop off a package he said I need to buy something first before he will accept my package. What a waste of time!

Do not go to this Location!

NEVER GO HERE FOR PACKAGE PICKUPS!!

The store owner will make you buy something from the store to get your package cause he says that the couriers don't pay them for pickup. If you insist that you dont have money, he will pretend to process your pickup then say that he can't process it and you have to give your ID for him to photocopy for $1. Never go here for anything because they have terrible customer service and will try to make you spend money on their store.

I wish i could just give no star . Do not pick up uhal truck from here . The store person has no clue how to handle any customer or uhal customer service . I was there to pick up truck and in front of me she got a call from uhal customer service regarding my reservation and she couldn’t even tell her that i am and store to pick up and messed up the reservation. When i asked her to call her back and talk , she couldn’t even do that. Then another customer came to pick up their reservation truck which also she failed to do so. Such bacd service . All the reviews that this store has is true .

Avoid this place. Like other reviews say the owner is awful. Makes you buy something just to pick up your package.

The owner is an awful heartless human being. he practically ask me for $5 for me to collect my package. I wish I can give zero star. He's so arrogant. I will never go back there again.
