Imagine Cinemas Promenade

Love this cinema!! Our fav place to come and watch a movie. Anytime we have come here I find it not too overly crowded and clean! The chairs are very comfortable and relaxing and the prices are pretty affordable. Good selection of movies. I only wish the concession stand was a bit more price friendly, but the popcorn tastes good.

The only unfortunate part of the location is the limits of screen and selection of movies at times. With that aside still worth a five star purely due to the staff firstly always so helpful and polite. Next is how clean the place always is, bathrooms, seats, floors and everything cleaning teams doing solid and appreciated work.

The biggest point is sest selection all thats done at automated booths outside the theater or online. I wish the had more options online fir the concession items but thats not a deal breaker by far.

Add on the reclining seats and the place is an all around win for visits. Been many times and never once a bad experience.

Best movie theater in Toronto! Since I found out about imagine cinemas, I can't go any other movie theater but here. Seats are exceptional and comfortable, and staff members are very friendly and helpful with inquiries. I highly recommend it here😃

Great little theatre. Impressed with the teens that worked there every time we have attended they have been attentive, great customer service skills and well mannered which is so nice to see during these times. Great seats and popcorn is always a good option! Keep up the good work! Highly recommend!

I want to thank the staff at the Promenade location for being so generous. We went to see a 14A+ movie and a woman had a child around 4 yrs old in the theater making noise and running around. I commend the staff for taking my complaint into consideration. Many thanks.

Best mid-sized movie theatre. Extremely comfy Lazy Boy recliners, clean washrooms, good price, next to a food court. Plenty of free parking. Near LCBO too.

Great reclining leather seats, which are by reservation only. Fun theatre. Been around in different iterations for 25+ years. My kids and I love it!

Always enjoy coming here to watch movies, Seats are incredibly comfortable and the areas are always clean. Little bit too much salt on the popcorn

Small theatres with comfortable leather recliners. Definitely makes it worthwhile to go out to see a movie. Concessions are average but nothing wrong with that. Family friendly

This is our favourite theatre! Great seats, great service, great prices, great popcorn.

The seats are amazing. They recline back but there is enough space between seats that you don't have to sit up for people to get by. The arm rests are the perfect size-- no fighting over the armrest needed.

Staff is friendly and attentive. They know their stuff and are always willing to help outside of their station if another staff member is busy.

The prices are reasonable and the theatres are of the style that you feel like you're going for a luxury theatre experience, but for the price of the run of the mill mass cinema experience.

The Popcorn is great and has REAL butter.

Can't ask for much more from a theatre.

Came here for a couple of years, and It's better than cineplex. The recliner seats are very comfortable. Ticket prices are also really good, which is why I started coming here over cineplex. Also, the staff here are very friendly

Half price on Tuesday is less than $10. Better seats then Cineplex and not a lot of capacity in the theatre so you can enjoy the movie

Amazing theatre . Everyone is polite .. I just feel bad cause it was empty mostly. But it was so nice and well kept. I recommend this place to everyone

Comfortable seats get busy sometimes. Long line ups to get popcorn. By the way I didn't know the movie theater was in the mall

Fantastic reclining seats! The theatre was really nice. We were able to select our seats and it was only $12. The theatre was an older theatre but it was nicely renovated.

Went on $4 cinema day around 7:10pm and it was great! The line wasn’t long, service was great, and had the best reclining seats.
