I recently had a situation where I lost the tag on my t-shirt and needed to exchange it for a different size. The staff here were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist me with the size exchange, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. Visited the store while in the area, super clean compared to the urban planet in Vaughan Mills however smaller in size, quick service and friendly staff. Was assisted greatly by a staff member as I was looking for a sweater in my size. Ayesha did a great job and was very kind. Will be visiting more!!

It was a very clean store and the clothes were nicely folded. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Staff helped me with whatever I need even if the store was busy.

I went in with my two nieces for some Christmas shopping and found some great mini gift sets,sweaters and pajamas. The employee at the front helped us with specific tshirts my nieces wanted. She was very friendly and put our pile on the side so we didnt have to carry them while shopping. Though The store was quite busy, the floor staff and cashier were very kind and helpful. Our checkout was quick. Overall a great shopping experience. Thank you!

This store has a lot of good deals and a large selection of clothing for men and women. I also found that the employees were very helpful in explaining what the sales are. Overall, a smooth shopping experience!

This place is the store I always get my clothes at. They restock every week or two which is really frequent, especially in the boys section. The store is pretty big. The change rooms are temperately closed thought due to coronavirus ofcouse, but overall great place to look around and maybe buy some clothes. The only downside is that the line here is usually a long wait because it takes a while to scan clothes.

I shop here often for basic clothing that is often overpriced elsewhere. There is always a great sale going on. Displays are well kept and staff are helpful.

My Girlfriend started bringing me here, It's a great place to go and walk out with a bag full of clothes at an amazing value.
