She had a car sent out to me immediately, took care of all my questions and concerns and was very compassionate. Any issues I had were addressed and handled with ease taking the burden off of me. My rental was delivered right to my doorstep while they dropped off my damaged car at the mechanics after my accident. The rental was brand new and super clean. They made the whole experience worry free by contacting my insurance company themselves so I didn't have to pay a penny. My rental car was even the same car that I drive! I recommend them to anyone who has been in an accident and needs a rental.

Highly recommended. Very personable and friendly service. They got me set up with a Tesla rental which was the exact same model as my damaged vehicle, and handled everything with my insurance to get it approved. A++!

Julie. You have to learn to call insurance companies before putting a customer in a rental car. Stop assuming they are approved or they have rental coverage. Stop using the OAP rules, it doesn't apply if the insurance company is telling what will be paid or not. Stop lying to your customers. Get approval first before promising anything.

I rented small car for 1 day and he charged for 2 days ...cause my reservation was 2 days and he said I have to pay....worst customer service and rip off.
