Estrada has been exceptional in every sense of the word. I had an insurance issue and my policy provider suggested I go with Enterprise. They wasted a whole day and I never got a car. Luckily I found Estrada the next day, and within 15 minutes of my call there was a car on my driveway. I cannot begin to describe how comforting it was to get a car with such ease especially since my car was in limbo. Kudos team Estrada. To the reader, I wholeheartedly recommend Estrada. You can't go wrong with them.

I recently contacted Estrada Rentals, and was very hesitant as this was my first accident and I had little to no experience dealing with such things. however, I was welcomed with such calming and comforting people, Hassan to be exact, he walked me through the entire process thoroughly and took the initiative to ensure I felt satisfied. Estrada also personally delivers their cars to you, and I was very amazed by how clean and luxurious their cars are. I had the 2022 Audi Q5 for the entirety of the time I was with them, the car had come with a full tank of gas and beautifully taken care of. I highly recommend them as they put their clients before their profits.

This company is amazing, there was a nail in the tire on my rental and Hassan came in a pinch during the holidays when the office was closed and fixed the tire, saving me the hassle of having to go anywhere with kids at 6 pm. My second time renting with Estrada, and they come right away with a car after an accident, and if any issues with your rental. I will always recommend to anyone who needs a car with no headaches. Really nice people that run this rental company. I got into an accident and Estrada had a rental ready the next day. When my rental was due, they picked it up from my location, which was about 35 minutes north of their location, which was a really nice bonus. It saved me having to coordinate a ride home. Will recommend this company to any friends that need a rental :)

I would highly recommend this company … I got rear ended in North york area and I’m from chatham … so this company went beyond helping me to get me back to chatham with no stress what so ever … the service was amazing.
