I frequently visit this place and always have a enjoyable experience. My favorite items are the cream bun and pineapple bun, which are both satisfying and delicious. I highly recommend them.

My favourite place to get bubble tea taste soo good the coconut milk bubble tea !!!!!!!! And get buns when they have special going on it’s my favourite go to place to get eggs tarts , coming bun , chocolate buns , bbq pork bun , pineapple bbq pork bun , cinnamon bun and hot dog bun !!!!!!!!!!

I love their buns! Super tasty and great prices. I come to this mall for my dentist, who I see almost every weekend for prolonged periods. This places bubble tea is a good send after that. The staff are so nice and very respectful.

Bought fresh buns and bubble tea and frozen dim sum. The buns were fresh out the oven, soft and generous fillings.

Great baked goods. They individually bag their items to avoid customers touching the buns, especially during these times. I've been there several times now and they've always been friendly to me. I go every now and again.

It's an interesting bakery. They're about average in price but they've some buns that other bakery doesn't have. For example, they've spicy sweet and sour vegetable buns, chocolate buns, curry veggies buns. I don't eat sweet buns a lot so these salty buns are good for me. And they're bigger in size than other bakery and of course they cost slightly more. In the evening, they'll have daily special because they don't make anymore buns so they want to get rid of them at a cheaper price in the evening. They also have Hong Kong style milk tea, bubble tea, cake and swiss roll. It's not a big shop but they sell many variety of snack which is pretty cool. And at a decent price. Give it a try!

I'm glad I don't live close to this bakery, or I would be there everyday. I pick up a box of buns as a house gift for dinner parties and they're always a hit. This is my favoueite Chinese bakery. However it is a very small location, tucked away into a no name mall in Agincourt but hands down the best Chinese buns!! Better than anything downtown. I actually drive to this location from very far away because their buns are specifically always a hit with anybody I've given them to.

This location makes great buns! The bread part is flavourful and moist. The fillings are typically generous as compared to other Chinese bakeries in the area.

It is a unit in Agincourt Mall, with no dedicated seating, but the mall has benches. Regarding the comment that it's not a "restaurant" - based on the options available to us, restaurant is the best choice.

Buns are baked onsite and refreshed constantly!
