Leisure Days RV Centre

A few weeks back I went here to buy my very first RV and spoke to Mike Jurj who listened to my needs and I was well directed to a 2022 travel trailer.

Subsequently, this was followed by more exceptional service by Bill Weir in the finance department and he made things look easy from his end.

Then this morning I returned with my kids in tow to find the unit painted to my exact specifications and I was guided through a detailed orientation by David Knight from the service department. He also happened to be excellent at gently dealing with my little ones who were getting a little wild. 😌

This was one of the best purchasing experiences of my entire life and this dealership is highly recommended.

We are over the moon with the customer service provided to us by Mike, Nick and Dave. We went in with an open mind and received quality assurance as well as friendly and kind banter.

Leisure Days is the RV Centre where we purchased our very first travel trailer back in 2021. Nick and Kayla made the purchasing process easy! Service and Parts continue to be extremely helpful when answering my many questions; Kim in particular! The Techs are knowledgeable, honest and truly know what they are doing! I was in desperate need of a power cable! I drove from Toronto to open my trailer. To find my window in trailer broken and no power, something had eaten through the main power line. By the time the park manager figured out why I had no power the parts department was already closed they refused to sell me the cable. As I was leaving there is a man there named MIKE! I told him my problem, He walked back there and sold me the part. If it was not for him my weekend would have been shot! He was very understanding towards my bad day! He turned my day around. If you ever need anything I suggest you seek him out! He will go out of his way to help you!

I want to give a big shout out to Kim, Caitie and Jake for making our experience very helpful and informative. We are excited about our new trailer with the reassurance that everything is taken care of. Thanks so much for their friendly wonderful service.

The entire team at Leisure Days are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and the best part - we felt no pressure to purchase at all! ( but we did purchase 😊)

We had a walk through of our new trailer with Jason the other day. He was very thorough, gave us some really good dos and don’ts. Made sure we really understood how every part of our trailer worked! Made us feel confident in running our trailer this year!

If there was a 10 star option I would have picked that!! By far the most expert, friendly and professional place I have been to. We have spent alot of time at different RV places but Leisure Days was the best.
Starting with sales Jon Newton was amazing, honest, non pressure and energetic. We did not plan to purchase a trailer that day but decided to because of how our interaction went with Jon.
Next the Business Manager David Woodall carried the same level of enthusiasm and energy as Jon. He made the mundane time of paperwork easy and fun. We left feeling confident in our decision.

I bought my trailer at another "thou shalt not be named" place with absolutely horrible service. I was having problems with some stuff and no clue what to do. I called a friend of mine who owns a trailer, but he couldn't really help me out. He told me he has another buddy who's an actual tech that's helped him from time to time. This buddy was Steve Syms from your service department. We chatted for over an hour last night, and he walked me through so many problems. Try this, do that, hold your finger over here and kick it...lol In the end, with Steve's help, we managed to get through 95% of the problems. He knows his stuff. Next trailer I'm buying is going to be at Leisure Days, just because of the service. Thank you again Steve for all your help.

I would like to thank Mike for helping us to find the right trailer that it is in our budget. Very sympathetic to our need. Friendly people and can’t wait to use our trailer for our summer trip. Todd and Katie at the parts are very helpful and accommodating, we will definitely recommend them to our friends in the future.

The service department has been outstanding. Unfortunately, I have had issues with my fifth wheel and brought the unit in too many times for different things. All staff there have been fair, friendly and delivered when promised. Thank You

My wife Sandra and I purchased a Bushwhacker 17FD from Leisure Days. The staff was so amazing at helping us make our choice. Nick and Pedro in the showroom never pressured us at all. Bill in the finance department came right back with our approval it was just a great experience all round. Caitie and Todd in the parts department hooked us up with the correct hitch and Leslee in the service department has arranged for the hitch installation. The entire team at Leisure Days went above and beyond. I would also like to mention that the washrooms are spotless. I would definitely recommend Leisure Days to anyone looking to buy a trailer.

We saw this place off the highway and decided to turn off and take a look. We are very glad we did. They had lots of bunk house trailers we were looking for. The sales guy Jason was very friendly and helpful. He took lots of time to show us trailers and had lots of tips for us newbies to RV travel. We felt so confident in Jason we returned to see the trailers again and found the perfect one to fit our family of 5. From beginning to end we've been very satisfied. We pick up our trailer next week and are so excited to start our travel cross Canada at the end of the month.

We recently purchased a new family trailer and Leisure Days has been a pleasure to deal with! From the Sales staff to the Service staff - everyone we have dealt with gave us the feeling that they genuinely had our best interest at heart.
