We had a WOW experience in Portugal with friends from the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce in September 2023 through the perfect planning expertise of Shannon Smith and her colleague Susie Henriques. Though our flight to Portugal was delayed by about three hours (a 10 pm departure is vastly superior to a 2 am departure), Shannon ensured everything was set up and ready when we arrived in Lisbon.

Our nine day trip was a whirlwind but she made sure that we saw everything we had been promised. The weather was picture perfect throughout Lisbon, Porto, Obidos, Nazare, Belem and Coimbra. There were a few bumps for us with the itinerary but Shannon walked us through with nary a hitch. She always put everyone on the trip first and foremost, making sure that our needs were settled and taken care of in a professional manner.

Susie was there supporting everyone on the trip and helping to translate into Portuguese for us when required. Her great sense of humour and teaching me some traditional Portuguese phrases was perfect and always made me smile.

Shannon also helped us organize a few other trips which gave us the benefit of just enjoying the time away, not worrying about any scheduling issues.

When we first wanted to go on a cruise we weren't quite sure where to go however Cindy Logan was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and providing great insight into what we should look out for and consider when booking a cruise.

We took a wonderful Mediterranean cruise and that is in large part because of Cindy's help in walking us through the entire trip and helping us book the entire end to end process including hotels, taxis, and flights as well!

I would recommend using Expedia Cruses as they are a great service for organizing cruises for people new to the experience!

Susie from Expedia Cruises Milton has been amazing to work with. She really helped us when travel was cancelled in 2020 and then again when we had to reschedule a trip to Disney in 2021. Susie has booked and planned a family trip to an All Inclusive and most recently a Celebrity Cruise. I really appreciate all she does and how she gives us a package with all the documents printed, luggage tags for the ship ready as well as everything else in the package. My husband and I just returned from the trip of a lifetime and that was mostly due to the fact that we had Shannon Smith helping us out. There were many moving parts involved in this trip - 4 hotels, rental car, golf tee times, and excursions and the whole trip was seamless. Yvona is absolutely wonderful to work with. She understand the cruise industry extremely well and has been an amazing resource. She has helped find us our dream vacations at huge discounts.

I booked a flight online to Las vegas that was canceled.

The agent took the time out to call the airline and get us a new flight, plus help book our rental car and hotels.

She had intimate knowledge of the areas the hotels were located in and steered us away from an area where the hotel had a high rating but it was not safe to walk outside. All while staying within our budget.

Sarah's support in planning our Disney was truly white glove service.
