My experience with Altima Physio was nothing short of excellent. I had sciatica and I was experiencing a lot of pain from my right leg. The care I received from Richa was really amazing. She was knowledgeable and personable. The exercises she gave me to do at home helped very much.

Prior to going to Altima, I was with another physio in Milton where they did very little to help improve my condition. They gave me no exercises to do at home even after asking for exercises. After complaining to a couple of friends, they both referred me to Altima. I’m forever grateful to Altima and my friends. I highly recommend Altima Physio.

I decided to come to Altima to treat multiple chronic running injuries that I had been dealing with for over a year. I had an excellent experience with the entire team and especially Jason who helped me significantly improve and manage these injuries, and I was eventually able to complete multiple ultramarathons later in the year after coming here. Thanks to Altima's dedication to provide amazing and individual physio therapy I am able to carry on with my life as usual. In 2022 at age 83 I had 2 major surgeries. The staff and treatment at Altima Physio were better than I could have expected. Richa and Renee were lovely; always friendly and very knowledgeable.
