After having two knee replacements in four months I consider myself to be so fortunate to have such a professional and well versed team helping me. I've worked with Laura, Melissa and Ameena. This multidisciplinary team is most impressive and as long as you put in the hard work, they do their utmost to show you how to get back to where you need to be to lead a functional life. A very positive and upbeat environment and it all starts with the warm greeting from Susan, the receptionist! Thank you for all this team has done for me! I highly recommend!!!

This clinic is fantastic!
They are tactful with their booking techniques and are very punctual with referrals. Susan is at the front desk will always greet you with a smile. She will always call you back and provide kind assistance and alternatives for your appointments as well. This is important, because life happens!! She is a pleasure to speak to upon arrival and when you leave. I was referred to this clinic for assistance with post-op neurological complications due to spinal surgery. Although I was succeeding with minor activities, I required further assistance and diagnosis with the mechanics of what I was experiencing neurologically.
Julio provided a very detailed physio assessment which assisted me to in targeting my main issues. I also worked closely with Melissa (Kin), who is an absolute master at understanding biology and body mechanics. My scenario is complex and step by step, I am continuing to overcome some very difficult scenarios. Still a work in progress, I was able to succeed with neurological retraining, strengthening and functional movement with the help and knowledge provided by Melissa. She has assisted me in rebuilding confidence and trusting my body once again. Melissa and Julio are absolute "gold nuggets" in this industry and I am grateful to have them both in my "army of wellness". Thank you for offering me the steppingstones I needed through my chapter of recovery.

Fantastic physiotherapist. Always greeted by the wonderful Susan at the front desk. Julio is amazing, ask about his dry needling (scary at first but omg the results are magic). I’ve taken my mom in to treat acute vertigo! Laura and Julio have attended her with vestibular treatments and she has been recovering very well! I signed up with Laura based on a recommendation from a friend and from my wife, both of who felt she did some terrific work.
I have completed my sessions for now and am very pleased with the outcome. In my case it was an injured shoulder that required attention. Laura was thorough in her assessment and ongoing guidance of what I needed to do, and why these specific exercises would help. I also liked that there was some flexibility in booking appointments and that we were always on time. By committing to, and following the program that Laura presented has meant that I now have full use of my shoulder back. Physiotherapy can be a long, challenging road but it’s also rewarding when you’re with a supportive m, encouraging team of therapists. I’ve been going to lifemark - River Ridge around 4 months now and I just wanted to give a shoutout to my team who are all helping me with my recuperation from a head injury.
I cannot say enough good things about this team, starting right at the door with the always accommodating receptionist, wonderful physiotherapists, superb kinesiologists, excellent occupational therapist and a massage therapist like no other. They all work together to make sure your program reflects your goals.
This whole team feels like my family, supportive, encouraging, caring and they are very passionate about what they do.
They have a sign in the gym that says “shh smile you’re having fun it’s physio”. I often look at this and I do smile even through some of my toughest tasks.
I’ve connected with a lot of other clients that they are assisting as we share a similar bond - getting back to our best selves. We smile, encourage, laugh and sometimes we just need a friend to say you’ve got this, push through.

Lifemark Physiotherapy River Ridge is an amazing rehabilitation clinic. The admin team and physiotherapists are helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. I found that this was the only rehab clinic that helped me see improvement within a few weeks; after dealing with symptoms for months while seeing a different physio clinic.

Laura and Melissa are wonderful people! They are completely committed to your recovery within and beyond the clinic. They provide excellent, manageable at-home exercises that are focused on increasing your tolerance for everyday activities (depending on your condition). As someone who has limited benefits coverage, this is extremely important to me. I want to be able to continue my recovery beyond the clinic with exercises focused on healing within my own home.

I am extremely satisfied with the treatment I have received from Lifemark. The entire staff are professional. They work together as a team and the benefit from their teamwork ,is the high level of service and care I have received. I highly recommend Gurveen the massage therapist who has magic hands and has helped speed up my recovery. I also recommend Laura, Melissa and Julio who are highly skilled and have provided a great deal of help and support for me as well. Aside from the professionals, other important observations I have made is .....Reception staff is always friendly , the facility is clean and well kept and there is plenty of free parking available which is always an added bonus.

I have been to Lifemark River Ridge on multiple occasions and had an amazing experience with Tracey. Very Kind and friendly. Had the full body massage for stress relief. Left each appointment feeling more relaxed and calm. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Every time I went in Maryam was at reception and made everything move quickly and smoothly with billing and taking temps and cleaning the area after. Ease of mind when dealing with the pandemic.

Visited Lifemark for dizziness and vertigo. I was treated by Laura. After a thorough evaluation and diagnosis, she was able to treat my vertigo and explain my vestibular problems. Her knowledge of my condition and ways to treat it are amazing. Her confident encouragement reassured me that through this therapy, I will get back to living dizzy free. Best therapy I’ve had and encourage you to visit if dealing with dizziness.

I went for Physiotherapy back in 2019 to this place and went back again 2022 this week for pain. I've great professional experience and speedy recovery within a day or two. Spent 6 months suffering from vestibular issues. Had been to physio, massage, chiro and in doing my own research stumbled upon Lifemark and their vestibular rehabilitation therapy. Within a very short time, I was assessed and a treatment plan was started. Laura and her crew had me back to feeling myself quickly. I wish that Dr's had a better understanding of vestibular issues and could have referred me to this specific therapy 4 months earlier. Eternally grateful for the support and treatment. I have had a great experience at River Ridge. Everyone is very friendly and I am consistently greeted by name. I have been working with Jason, Melissa and Kristy to treat and strengthen an on-going (and frustrating!) injury. They have all been very supportive and are extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to coming to my appointments because I know that I am in good hands. They also submit the billing directly to my insurance company which is one less thing for me to do!
