Prompt, efficient and professional service from Sharon, who absolutely saved me one day before my condo sale closing by copying a key that Wal Mart (Minute Key) COULD NOT copy. She did this all 15 minutes before closing without skipping a beat. I would highly recommend!

Went there to pick up a new cylinder to try and change a commercial lock myself, after renting a new unit. The friendly lady there showed me how to swap the cylinder of the model lock that I had, and saved me from making a bad mistake that I would have made otherwise. The information they were happy to teach me saved me $150 and I couldn't be more happier to recommend them.

Had to rekey my new door and like other reviewers, found this place as the highest and most rated in Markham. There’s a reason why. Friendly and quick service, was in/out around 15mins to rekey my new door lock cylinder to match my garage door lock. Price was good as well considering it would cost only a few dollars less to buy my own cylinder lock at Home Depot and then deal with the hassle. Will send people to this place if they need rekeying or any lock services.

Great service! I needed my house key cut. I googled locksmiths in Markham and this company had the highest ratings. I called before I went to make sure they could cut my key (because I know there are some restrictions), the price and how long it would take - Sharon answered all the questions :)

Excellent and fast service! I had four keys cut in under 5 minutes. They also all worked perfectly when I tested them with the door lock.

The only available locksmith store in markham with exceptional service. Had 6 house and 1 community post office key done in less than 30 min at a very reasonable price.And all worked perfectly the first time unlike home depot where i have to return and still not quite right. The owner was super nice also.

I needed a couple of copies of my Canada Post community mailbox key. I went to Rona, Lowes, and Homedepot (they were not able to make copies - their key machine cannot copy double sided keys). I found Affordable Lock Services Inc by googling..."my wife lost our Canada Post mailbox key". Affordable Lock Service made 2 copies of the key...took all of 10 minutes. Fast, friendly and professional service. Thumbs up!

Both the office and the field staff were great to deal with. Presented all options and prices available. Seamless order and schedule of installation. Field Staff was very professional and was communicative the entire time. Would definitely recommend them and use them again without hesitation!

They really are AFFORDABLE!! I've come to get keys copied twice (once for a 30 year old Toyota, they still had the key in stock), the process is very quick and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!

Had a superb experience here!! I called them prior to my visit to inquire if they can duplicate my key and they said likely yes but if I wanted to send them a picture to confirm, they would be able to give me a more confident answer. I emailed them and shortly after, they confirmed it can be done. They also told me the price ahead of time in the email so there were no surprises.

When I visited, I was literally in and out in 2-3 minutes!! I was so impressed. They also have contactless paying methods for covid safety precautions which I really liked. The lady working there was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and paid special attention to staying safe in these uncertain covid times too.

Fast, reliable, polite and overall great service and advice. They want to do it right the first time. I went to cut my car key, tested it and they reminded me to try the other side just to make sure. That's service. Also I called LOCKMAN and not only was the person on the phone rude, but they quoted me $200 to cut a key I already had... $15 at affordable lock and it works like a charm.

I had 4 different house keys cut 2 days ago. Everyone was duplicated perfectly without a glitch when tested. It is a place worth to be recommended when you do not want to have a key cut and find out it does not work afterwards.

Really appreciate the fast service. I had to make spare motorcycle keys. Canadian Tire stopped making motorcycle spare keys as they are afraid the motorcycle might be stolen. The only concern for me at least was they didn't require/ask for an ID before making the duplicate/spare keys. I guess the security camera in the reception area will do. Otherwise exceptional service. I would return to this shop for my future needs.
