I had an extraordinary experience with Aim Lock and Safe Company!

Our sweet neighbor found herself in a tough spot, being locked out of her house and car. Despite it being a Sunday evening and in the midst of a blizzard, Aim Lock and Safe's team arrived within an hour of our call.

Their prompt and efficient service not only saved the day for my neighbor but also brought immense relief to me. Their professionalism and empathy in such challenging conditions were truly commendable.

I highly recommend Aim Lock and Safe for their exceptional service and commitment to helping people in need.

Fred replaced my front door handleset. He was very professional, friendly and kept me up to date on his punctual appointment time.

Fast and knowledgeable. We had a key break off in the door and they were able to get it out and us into the office in a matter of a few seconds. They were able to replace all the locks and provide us with new keys in less than 20 minutes. Would recommend using their service especially in Milton.

I called early on a Thursday am because my front door lock was not working, within an hour their team was at my home & fixed the issue. While they were here they made extra keys for my garage door also. I would highly recommend this local business.

I took a big breath because I had to calm down to write this review. I had an eviction that had to take place at "x" time. Aim showed up at the scheduled time. Fantastic. The sheriff had some "issues" getting the tenants out. Aim was patiently waiting through the whole process with us. No complaints, no nothing. Bill kept mentioning words of encouragement and kept us positive throughout the whole situation. They changed the locks, fixed the latch etc. and had the best customer service ever. I mean it! I will definitely find excuses to refer these guys and would definitely hire again!

In this world of technology nobody uses their key for their car doors or trunks so when your fob doesn't work call Wayne. Perseverance and lubrication won and he saved me hundreds of dollars because everyone else just wanted to replace the whole lock. Thanks Wayne!

Excellent service, great variety of products. I had a hard time to find a place to cut a specialty key, they had it and I was amazed by the inventory in keys and door hardware that they carry.
