Dr Cole was really good. He added me to his surgery list to help me get my procedure done quickly. He did an excellent job. I feel great.

Dr Cole is carefull and paying attention to my health condition. However, his administrative staff is not so efficient. They forgot to fax a referral for lab test. When I called to remind them, they responded that they will do it when they have a chance!

been with Dr cole since 2012 and have never been more disappointed with his service until now. i have been hospitalized at milton general on oct 05th for two weeks awaiting surgery for a stone that is over 14mm. Sent home now going on the 2nd week with pain med and antibiotics which is now coming to an end and still unable to walk without assistance, and no call with regards to a surgery date.....called his office only to be told today he referred me to another Dr who too has not been able to get in contact with. What do someone have to do to get help when needed asap.

My mom was waiting for her April 5th appointment for the longest time ever and when the day finally comes for her appointment which was at 1:20pm, he calls at 1:32pm. My mom was waiting for Dr. Cole's call since 1:00pm. When he did call her at 1:32pm the call was engaged. (My mom was getting a scam call at the time Dr. Cole decided to call my mom.) He did not leave a voice message for my mom nor did he try calling her back a second time. He called once and he called late. He re-scheduled my mom's appointment for April 27 without letting my mom know. My mom had to call the clinic and the receptionist had to tell her everything. Horrible experience and horrible doctor for no respect or regard for their patients.

So they call you 2 times to remind you of your appointment. Not a single time they stated that you need to bring a mask. However, when you go to the clinic, they charge you $1 for a mask. It's like $6 for a box of masks! And they are like, " if you dont have the money, we will give you one for free"... Absolutely ridiculous and very bad practice.

My Dad was referred here over a year ago and no follow up from this place or the primary physician.
Tried to call them and its either busy line or they disconnect. Seems like the only way to get to them is visiting the place. :(
