Ordered samples. Several days later received an email that they didn't have those patterns any longer. Asked for a refund. Still nothing. Ive sent 2 requests for the refund.
Make sure they have inventory of your order before finalizing sale.

I ordered samples and the order showed my old address. I immediately contacted them to update the address. No response. I emailed a second time asking to confirm the updated address. No response. The samples showed as out for delivery still showing the wrong address. I reached out AGAIN. No response. The order showed as delivered. TO THE WRONG ADDRESS despite me reaching out several times. I reached out again asking them to reship to the correct address or refund purchase. Guess what? Still no response. It’s worse than bad customer service, it’s no service at all. This place rips people off.

Today I went with my interior designer to select some wallpaper for my Banquet Ball that is being renovated. I spoke to the manager, Frances Ansaldo, and she was extremely rude and did not want to help me and kept asking for my business card. It seems like she did not want my business at all and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There is a better place down the street with much better customer service.

Retailers watch out. Prime walls will not hesitate to sell directly to the general public, thus undercutting you. Just wanted to let everyone know what this company did to us.
