Cirque Restaurant And Bar

My partner and I came here for dinner since we were staying at Lizard Creek Lodge. Based on other reviews, it seems like it can be very hit or miss here. However, we did have a nice experience. We both ordered the elk bolognese which delivered on flavour and portion size (it was huge). Can’t speak to other dishes but we were fans of the spaghetti after a long day on the mountain, and the views/ambience is lovely as well.

Best place to rest and eat on the mountain! Right at the bottom of the Elk lift. Perfect vibes, huge warm fire place, amazing service and fancy restoration hardware decor. Loved every minute we were here.
The food is amazing - soups are on pointe, salads are bomb, great allergy specific and gluten free options, and the fries are maybe the best in BC!!
Also - sweet cocktails! The b52’s kept us going, and there’s always a special on after 3 pm. (50% off drinks?! YES PLS)

Great place to eat at right on the mountain at Fernie. Located at the Lizard Lodge, this is fine dining with an awesome view. There is a patio located there as well. They have a great bar which serves fantastic drinks. The bar tender that was working when we went, multiple times, was a true pro. The food was great and had great presentation. They also have an ice bar located inside. You can do vodka tastings and is a sight to see. Another must for places to eat at in Fernie anytime if the year.

Stayed next door at the Snow Creek Lodge. Had dinner one night with a group from the lodge and had drinks a few other nights. I'm a nut for truffle fries on my ski trips, and theirs did not disappoint. Their smoked Old Fashions were also fantastic. If I ever get back to Fernie, I look forward to dining here again

Had a 4 course dinner and the ice bar experience. Was phenomenal every step of the way, wine paring for each course was spot on and staff are excellent. Highly recommended!!

Great location. Excellent food and service. The Cirque space was used for my son's wedding at Lizard Creek Lodge. Very Nice.

Ice bar was a fun touch. Good selection of vodka and the staff was knowledgable and walked you through the options to choose. Wearing the puffy jackets was great for photos but also keeping you warm.

After the ice bar you can head to the activity room and sing your favorite karaoke tunes.

We had the most incredible meal last night here. We were initially turned off by the limited menu but thought we would give it a try. Well, simply said, it was amazing. Everyone at the table commented on how delicious and tasty the food was. Everything from the salad to the main course was unbelievable! Caesar salad, baked Bree dish, and a beautiful chicken in white truffle sauce! Wow! This chef knows his stuff!! Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic food and cocktails! We had the elk ribeye and the game hen and both were phenomenal. We were sitting at the bar because the place was packed but the bartender was super nice and recommended good pairings for our food. If you’re looking for a fancier dinner after a day on the hill, or even just some great cocktails, this is the place to come!

Really like this place, particularly sitting on the leather sofas by the big fire. It's got a quiet calming feel to it. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent. We had the Elk steak and it was done to perfection. Would recommend coming here.

This restaurant has a great view of the mountains the a huge window. The place is beautiful any time of the year and any time of the day. The wine selection is good, the menu has a lot to offer and they even have an ice bar. Quite the experience to go to this place.

Very impressive! Not the cheapest place, but you don't pay a huge premium for it being on mountain. Food is absolutely incredible. Well crafted and balanced plates. Incredible demonstration of technique by the chef.

There were only two Italian items in the menu, and actually more French dishes! But everything was so, so good! And the live musicians were lovely. I suggest the mussels for an appetizer, the sauce is to die for.

Had the Valentine's Day set 5 course menu, and wow. Portions were huge, food was amazing, and pairings were spot on. Will go again.

Food is great. Location is lovely. Right by the mountain. Really enjoyed the visit and dining experience.
