Can't believe I've not left a review before now! I've been shopping at Kootenay pet stop for about 5+/- years...I guess shortly after they opened, and honestly they just keep getting better. They've always been super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and now... well the products they offer and their service is next level. I'm at the other end of the lake and I get same day service. They've saved my butt a few times, by not only getting it here asap but even having what i needed in the first place. Ken has brought items up for me to see which i like best or which fit is the best. And it's like getting to have a temporary pet store with knowledgeable staff right in my living room! I appreciate that neither ever make me feel rushed. Congratulations on your success! You deserve it!

Kootenay pet stop is incredible. I accidentally ordered a 5LB bag of dog food instead of cat food, and because the owner was out of the 5LB cat food she gave me a 21LB bag for free! She is so incredibly kind and you can tell she is very passionate about the well-being of animals. They also stock a lot of high quality pet food and offer to order raw food if you need it. They deliver for free to anywhere near Creston. I highly recommend this store for any of your pet needs

This store is amazing! I ended up with some orphaned kittens due to an unfortunate accident that left the momma cat dead. I called the store to see if they had any kitten milk replacer in stock, which thankfully they did, not only was it convenient for me to pay over the phone but they also delivered it to my husband so he could bring it home with him at the end of the day 😁 Thank you for saving the babies!

Absolutely fantastic! We have been trying to find a store that carries our catfish's FAVOURITE pellets, and we finally found them here! Amazing service and sweet staff!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection. They have not only high quality foods and will order anything in for you, they also have so many gift options for pet lovers, health care items and lots of natural products too. And they are not pushy salespeople which is much appreciated.

Fantastic service. I had to drive from Kimberley to get my dog food. As the local supplier closed and left me in a terrible predicament. KPS had even offered to deliver with a minimum requirement. Now that is going above and beyond. Thank you for such great service.
