Very friendly and helpful

I just got to my cottage on a friday night and the pipes were disconnected at the T.
I called DH and although his guys were all out on calls, the forman took time out of his day and came to do the work. The work was quick and the bill was reasonable.
Will use them again for future work.

Je viens d'arriver à mon chalet un vendredi soir et les tuyaux ont été débranchés au T.
J'ai appelé DH et bien que ses gars étaient tous à l'appel, le forman a pris du temps dans sa journée et est venu faire le travail. Le travail était rapide et l'addition était raisonnable.
Je les utiliserai à nouveau pour des travaux futurs.

Called them for service the person answered the phone with Hello, I said oh I must have the wrong # I was looking for DH Plumbing he said this is it , oh I said you should answer DH Plumbing he said “I KNOW HOW TO ANSWER MY PHONE” needless to say I hung up , I imagine if they are that saucy on the phone it must not be nice in person!
