Ja-pain

The owner and staff are so nice. Every time I’m in Yellowknife I make a point of stopping by Ja-Pain. The Japanese honey toast with ice cream on top is amazing. Lots of different baking that all looks really good.

New to area. 1st impression, Ahhhmazing and so friendly. Very tasty, the cheese bun is my favorite! It's not pictured as it was gone so fast lol Everything we tried was on point. Definitely will be going back.

Great little bakery in the city. Here visiting the city and was surprised to find this bakery. The smell of the baked goods is intoxicating. Highly recommend.

Toast with honey and vanilla ice cream is superb!

I just love the curry bun and the special Vanilla desert bun. Would definitely recommend the curry bun as it's one of my favourites.

Excellent bread I love trying there creations and there butter bread is the best I have ever eaten truly japenese style bread and very much worth going out of your way to check out

The owner is Japanese and an interesting guy. The breads taste exactly the same as what I got in Tokyo.

Super nice service with wonderful foods. Only disadvantage is close two days a week and close at 17:30 everyday.
