Savannah's Family Restaurant

My favourite is the vegetarian Injera definitely a must try! The atmosphere is very cozy and the owner is amazing and friendly. A must try when in Yellowknife, you will not regret it!

Such an incredible restaurant! I had the sauteed goat today and the meat was really tender. The blend of spices was phenomenal. Also, I think the rice was cooked in some kind of broth that made it taste delicious. The homemade hot sauce was the star of the meal. The owner told me she makes it fresh every morning. I highly suggest this restaurant!

This is very nice family owned restaurant, the food is amazing with lots of flavor. I got the beef suqaar I would highly reccomend trying it.

There are a lot of options for excellent cuisine in Yellowknife, and Savannah's easily rises to the top of the pack. Each of the dishes our table tried were spectacular. Seriously try any of their Entrees and you won't be disappointed.

Above all this though was the service. Full of cheer and radiating positivity. Made for a lovely dining experience

What a hidden gem this place is. Savannah is such a fantastic host. Very attentive to detail and super warm and friendly. Makes you feel like you’re at her home rather than a restaurant. The food is just bursting with flavour and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend stopping by for a wonderful meal served up by some lovely people.

I was reluctant to try this restaurant because it seemed to lack vegetarian options. I did try their main veggie option and it was delicious! The food was so flavorful and the portion was enough to make you comfortably full... I kept making sounds of enjoyment as I ate.. go there and support the local business ☺

Savannah is so friendly and attentive. The service was top notch! Then to make our visit even better the food was great! We will definitely be back. So nice to have another family friendly restaurant here in Yellowknife

The food was delicious. Beef suqaar was my dish along with a cappuccino. Would eat again. Service was impeccable. The fair menu prices will bring be back for sure. Picture on the next visit.

Very nice place with simple but great ambience, and delicious food. We enjoyed the family dinner with a variety of quality food, including kids menu. It provides a different cuisine in Yellowknife. Highly recommended.

Curried goat is amazing. You can taste the spices with just enough heat. Serving size is just right for me. Home-made cheese cake was to die for.

If you love Vegetarian food , then you'll love this place. Lots of options and they also include a gluten free/dairy free/egg free menu. The staff was amazing at keeping the laughs going and the food delicious!!
