Sundog Boarding Kennels

Our dog Griffin has been going here for daycare for three years, and Ruby has been doing with him for about a year and a half. They go twice a week, and sometimes weekends/overnights when we are away. They LOVE it. They are excited to go, excited to see Tamara, and have SO much fun while there. They’re very clearly so loved.

I don't usually write reviews but I am compelled. I left my precious boy in Tamara's care for 11 days while I attended England. He had never stayed at a kennel before. When I returned for him -- he was in great spirits and had to stop for a pet-up from Tamara before he would leave with me. He was fed, watered, exercised and LOVED. Great testimony to the care and attention being paid to each and every animal that is entrusted to her care. I would not hesitate to leave him with her again. Thanks again Tamara

SO happy with Sundog Boarding Kennels! Our regular Kennel was unable to accommodate Hogan last minute, so we were lucky to have found Sundog so quickly. From the initial call, we had a good feeling! After picking up Hogan a week later we knew he had been in great hands :) He was happy, and very well cared for! Thank you Tamara - he will be back again!

We've left our dogs there twice so far and will definitely keep using them. Our dogs don't do well with others and they have no problem letting them out for separate play time when other kennels require the dogs be part of daycare. I can tell they really care for the dogs and while my dogs are always super happy to see me, I can tell they were well taken care of!

Best experience that we could possibly have wished for. We left 3 dogs and 2 cats at Sundog for 15 and they all seemed very content and happy when we picked them up this morning.
The whole operation is very organized and professional. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Been using Sundog Boarding for the last couple of years and couldn’t be happier with how they treat our pups. We also have our shepherd going weekly for the day camps and she loves it. Always gets excited when we pull in the lane. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best possible place for your dog to hang out if you need to board. Tamara and her family will treat your pup like their own. The dogs have their own pen area (large) to sleep in but they also go outside in a large, fenced in dog run where they can play and have fun.
I can't speak highly enough about this place. You can confidently leave your pets with Sundog and know they will receive the best possible care.

We had our 16 year old daschund board with Sun Dog for 2 weeks. She was cared for kindly, and professionally. Tamara (owner) sent us a few pictures during our dog's stay, and let us know how our dog was doing. We would highly recommend.

Great. Buford was initially stressed when getting there due to the barking (and 1st time being there) but he settled in quite nicely and was relaxed and happy when picking him up after a long wknd.

We trust few places to take care of our girl Bella, but Sundog Kennels is one of them! Tamara is great to deal with, was flexible when our travel plans changed, and is obviously very caring toward the pets left in her care. My dog has stayed at Sundog a few times and it has always been a very positive experience. His last stay was for 5 weeks and he was just as happy and relaxed when I picked him up as he was when he was dropped off. The family takes such good care of the animals and I always trust that my dog is safe and happy there.

Best boarding kennel ever the people working there are so funny and nice. and there nice to the dogs. There kennel is very nice and safe. So you can definitely trust them with your dogs they are very caring and truly care for your dogs

Tamara is always incredible! My dog is my kid, and he's always treated so well here. He's so happy when I go get him, and when he gets there he is excited to see her.

Usually use Barala but he was chalk full and referred this place as the owner worked with him. Was on the way to gimli so worked perfect. Staff was friendly and accommodating to pickup times, kennels seem clean and well maintained and prices were extremely reasonable. Out of the way for our usual travel plans but great if your on your way to the interlake.
