Quality Inn & Suites

Ladies at front desk were sweet and accommodating. Hotel was right downtown and next to a Tim Hortons in the mall. There was plenty of street parking (free on weekends) and grocery stores nearby.

I was pretty happy with their service and the suite I got there. I stayed pretty long for my business travel after horrible experience in NLM there where I wrote my review for them to have it!

Few points below can certainly help them to improve their service and my satisfaction:
1) They seemed a little short on trained room service staff as sometimes missed their basics such as providing what is short in their visit, so I didn't have to call or ask for it.
Even though I had requested room service every other day but still some days the room service person forgot soap, tissue ...
2) noise management for some inconsiderate customer which was not happened more than twice during my 21 days stay.

Because of the great customer service we received from Annie at the front desk and the Manager. We had a great king sized comfy bed, huge bathroom and our request for extra towels and wine glasses was quickly and happily met. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Even though we were only there in the building to buy some stuff in the store, they greeted us with big smile on their face! And the environment is very welcoming, clean, and tidy! Will definitely go there again
