Rebecca's Flowers

I recently received a gift basket from Rebecca's that was wonderful! It included cheese, crackers, more chocolate than I can eat in a month and fruit. The fruit was fan-tas-tic. Every last piece was plump, juicy, perfectly ripe and delicious. Rarely have I eaten fruit of this high quality in the North. Rebecca's did a great job from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Ordered flowers for a family member last week, they arrived on time and were beautiful.

Had the most beautiful Christmas arrangement delivered to a friend on less than 24 hrs notice. Beautiful, fresh and excellent customer service.

Amazing flowers at an excellent price.

We were very disappointed with our entire experience. Succulents and snake plants were requested initially but we expanded options to easy care plants, as apparently no containers were available for the snake plant. Price was negotiable to around 100.00 or more if needed.

Ordered flowers for November 1st.

They never delivered and when I called almost a week later, they told me that it was actually supposed to be delivered on January 11th (they got the date and month backwards and thought I ordered flowers 3 months in advance).

Then when they realized they made the mistake, they started telling obvious lies about why a mistake like this would happen (apparently their automated online ordering creates typos so when you make an order, so they don’t always receive the same information on the other side and they’re perfectly okay running their business this way). When I said it doesn’t matter and I want my money back, audacity to tell me that I was trying to create issues when THEY were the ones who took almost $100 for a flower delivery they never completed.I just wanted my money back. A sincere apology would have been better than a million excuses a child could solve.

I gave a specific message for the card, with our name, for the arrival of our new Granddaughter, with our names attached to the card. Instead, it posted a generic unoriginal message without our names on an arrangement that cost us $100!!! Our daughter had NO IDEA who they were from!
I tried calling by phone to place the order but that option hung up over 6 times. The chat didn't work either.
We've always ordered from here in the past, but won't going forward.
When you live 17 hours away, having a personal message on the card WITH THE SENDER'S NAMES is critical. This is not the customer service we've had in the past with this Florist's.
