Loved this place! Small town vibes done right. Breakfast was absolutely fire. Castor itself is a gem of a town. Highly recommend eating here!

I drive down HWY 36 a decent amount and wanted to try something different. Pizza and amazing, great service. Will be my go to when I am in the area. The dough was so fresh!

Nice little family restaurant, the waitress was new and just learning. I ended up trying her reccomend of the turkey club. Normally this is something I'd skip because I don't like cold cuts. But it's got real hand pulled turkey, with fresh crispy bacon. Quality cheese... I approve.

For dessert I got the bread pudding with rum sauce. I haven't had this in 20 years and it was pretty good too! .... I should have taken the picture sooner but wanted to try it first

A popular family restaurant. The cobb salad, and perogies, as well as the chicken nuggets and french fries we ordered for the kids were all tasty and the prices fair. Service was friendly, too.

This place was so good, i ordered the seafood lasagna bake, and my dad ordered the fish and chips. We both thought our meals were delicious and quite filling. Price is good as well.

I met the owner who recommended a toasted western sandwich to go on my way to Medicine Hat, and I ordered their veil parmigiano with homemade cherry pie and ice cream on the way home. Both were delicious. The atmosphere is basic and clean, but you will return for the food. If you live within 30 minutes minutes make The White Goose a regular. Next time, I will try their pizza. One family must have ordered 10 to go. Perhaps a Mediterranean dish will be on special one day. If you enjoy spicy snd savoury over sweet sauce, convince the owner to feature a shawarama or a falafel for the milder taste.

Heading home after a 3 week camping trip we decided to get some lunch and dropped into this little gem just off the highway. We arrived just before the lunch rush and it filled up right after we got seated. I was surprised at the extent of the menu but noticed that the breakfast menu was over so that cut things down a bit. I ordered the fish and chips special which came with a salad. The wife ordered a sandwich and fries. Both lunch menu items were rather tasty and enjoyed. Service was nice and overall this place was a nice stop to have lunch. We will have to remember to drop by here again.

Exceptional service. The man working was very accommodating to our large family who stopped for a bite while driving through. Food was delicious and quick. Highly recommend to anyone who loves in Castor or passing through.

Very friendly and polite gentleman (the owner perhaps?) that served us. Learned a bit about hos Lebanese heritage as well!

This place is the place to be if you want a nice home cooked meal! At least that's what it taste like. My grandpa and I stopped here for lunch and couldn't be more happy! It has amazing quality and cleanliness. Very fast service, and fresh food. The workers are very nice as well.

The food is absolutely amazing in this small town Slice of Heaven! It's unfortunate that I can't enjoy it more often.
