After a nightmare scenario with another Floral company, Jennifer at Pollen &Company came to the rescue!!! I needed flowers delivered to my girlfriends work by 430 pm. I gave Jennifer creative control and not only did she come thru for me but she personally delivered the flowers herself!!! Jennifer, I owe you big time!!! You saved the day!! Not only were the flowers beautiful, Jennifer’s customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place !!! 5 Stars all day baby!!!!

I reached out to Crab Apple Floral with very little direction for my wedding bouquet and my husbands boutonniere. I simply asked for colourful, local flowers that worked within a specific budget. We were so pleased with what they came up with and how well the flowers lasted throughout the day. They also dried beautifully and make for lovely decorations in our home. Wonderful correspondence and outstanding result.

My flowers were even more beautiful than I expected. They were exactly what I had pictured even though I had a hard time explaining my vision. They even helped our friend coordinate a surprise matching cake topper with a local bakery! Couldn't have turned out better.

I strongly recommend you Crab Apple Floral. I made all my requests by email and it was very easy to communicate with them and to see their flower selection on their website. I had very specific requests because I am allergic to flower fragrance and pollen. I did not want to be sick during my Elopement. Norma sent me the exact list of the flowers she could suggests according to my needs. The bouquet was stunning! Most importantly, I did no allergic reaction.

Norma is just about the sweetest person I’ve never had the opportunity to meet and I adore her. She did an absolutely beautiful job on our flowers for our Wick wedding in May. I was blown away by my flowers for our recent wedding (bouquet, boutonniere, floral swags for driftwood arbour for the beach and centrepieces for the tables). Norma did a brilliant job on our bouquets and boutinierres, we wanted a west coast fall feel and pretty much gave her free range to do what she felt would work. She nailed it!

Pollen and Company came to my rescue! While on route to my elopement in Tofino (the next day) I realized that I forgot my bouquet!! After a frantic, spotty service phone call, I secured a last minute BEAUTIFUL bouquet as soon as we got into town! They were the star of the show, thanks for everything! Crab Apple did our wedding flowers in 2012. They were beautiful and exactly what I envisioned (or better, really) and it was the beginning of a beautiful thing. In September of 2018 I was having a bad day. My husband thoughtfully ordered me flowers - from Crab Apple again. A week later, he ordered me another bouquet. And another the following week. It was a gesture that lasted 7 months, and each and every week, I was overcome with the originality and beauty of the arrangements I received. Some arrangements were simple, most were quite elaborate, and every single one was a work of art. Some of them dried beautifully in place, and still adorn my living room.
As a wedding photographer, I can say that the quality and beauty of the arrangements is consistent again and again. There's a show of passion and a level of attention to detail that you don't get everywhere.

Beautiful flowers prepared with love by Norma and her amazing team. We communicated by email, Norma asked what kind of flowers and colors we liked and for my pinterest inspiration board. Based on “wildflowers”, “blue, green, yellow, purple and pink” (I have very little knowledge of flower names) Norma emailed back a list of flower recommendations. I looked them up and was in love, she completely hit the mark from the get go.

Very easy to communicate with! Very personal and clearly someone who cares about her customers. We also used a circular wooden arch (about 7 feet tall and available for rent at her shop!) and she beautifully covered it in flowers. It was a showstopper.

Norma also worked as a “day of coordinator” for us after we sprung the idea on her. We were very impressed with her organization, especially being her first time. She knows the ins and outs of Tofino and was the perfect person for the job.

I commend her stunning floral artistry and all of the love she poured into our wedding. Absolutely recommend her and would definitely buy flowers from her shop again.
