My second Jeep Wrangler and I’ve been having some troubles but the service team has really shown that they shine. Lucas is the man and Aidan is 2nd best awesome too. Truthfully I’ve dealt with the entire service team now and I appreciate the time and attention they have given to resolving the problem. It would be hard for me to drive anything other that a Wrangler because they are so unique and fun to drive but it’s the service team I’ve come to know that has made some problems just a light inconvenience instead of me pulling my hair out. I stopped in today to ask a question of the service department as Harris Dodge doesn't seem to know how to answer questions "Moose" answered them very quickly. I then stopped in at the showroom to inquire about a van and Cam sat down with me and then showed me the Van I was inquiring about. Thanks for making me feel welcome I will be back

I don’t remember the lady’s name in finance. She was very honest and cooperative in giving the information in a simple way without any boredom. The week after, I checked a few accessories and parts. It seems the parts department has a non-return policy. If you order a part or an accessory, you got to be sure about it.

In Chris's words he is "the most successful, laziest sales person you'll meet." Chris's approach is great, and very low pressure. He was able to get me into a vehicle to test drive after a conversation about what it was I was looking for, and out again within about 30 minutes. I got an email from him later that day suggesting that if I was interested we could meet. I appreciated this because I had an 8 and a 10-year-old or with me.

I then went to "the other Dodge dealership in Victoria" and experienced pretty much every stereotypical sleazy car salesman tactic I could imagine. I was held hostage there for over 2 1/2 hours with my kids while the sales person and sales manager did "who knows what" behind closed doors and ended up being so far off of what I was looking for it was ridiculous. Despite being hounded by "that other dealership" over the next few days, and even unethically offering to undercut Wille, I was so impressed with Chris and JM that it was an easy choice to stay with them. I ended up getting an amazing Ram 1500 with an excellent price and service experience that I know I would not of experienced elsewhere.

I was really happy with the service with "Wille Dodge". The sales men Frank Burgaretta was excellent. He really listened to my needs and he kept my budget in mind through the whole process. He made the whole buying experience pleasurable.

I called Wille Dodge service department as i was having trouble with engine codes on my Jeep , fearing the worst! a electrical gremlin !!- I was told they are booked up, but the nicest man named James said he could squeeze me in.
Dropped Jeep off afterhours , fearing the worst ! The very next day , I was told it was ready and fixed!!, problem solved, they offered me a cab to come get it ( super thoughtful and unexpected ) I didn't require a cab . when I went to pick up jeep, I met James - very professional- he went over everything in great detail and was very kind. not only was jeep repaired at a reasonable cost, they also rotated my tires, topped up all of fluids, inspected everything and provided a detailed list of what was done. Bar none this is the best service I have ever received anywhere! I will highly recommend Wille Dodge and their exceptional service department! James went above and beyond for me and I am a grateful happy customer!! Thank you all !
