Sunrise Records

I absolutely could spend a whole day here looking for movies from past days. I find it ridiculous that I have to pay $8 to watch a movie from 20 plus years ago. Come here and buy for the same price and it's yours for life.

A lovely lady was very sweet in directing me where the new Taylor Swift CD was.

I love this store. The staff go above and beyond in hunting down obscure items (treasures) if they are not in stock and it’s a great place for gifts - both for others and yourself. I agree with other people’s assessments in that Sunrise is very similar to HMV with the exception that Sunrise has a better selection.

There aren't a lot of places where I live to buy entertainment, HMV went out of business then we got Sunrise records. I really like Sunrise Records. They have good deals, lots to choose from and friendly employees. Sadly they are temperarly closed which makes no sense to me. I hope you guys reopen and don't shut down completely. It would be really disappointing if you did.

This place rocks! The downfall of HMV had me seriously concerned about the availability of physical DVD box sets. Now I can complete my collection of "Better Call Saul" without fear!

The staff are, of course, very friendly and proactive. This place is a haven for people who still enjoy the pleasures of physical DVD, CD and Vinyl media!

I had fantastic customer service and found better prices here. I purchased a vinyl record from the Tsawwassen Mills location and upon returning home found that the LP was warped. I contacted TM location and they suggesting i bring it to the Vic location.

My LP was immediately replaced with no questions and i was also offered a new receipt (21 day return policy on vinyl) When i was looking through their selection i couldn't find what i was looking for and asked for assistance. Several LP's were pulled from random locations but they indeed had what i was looking for and cheaper for the most part then if i were to order it off of Amazon.
