We had a great experience with Serena. She thoroughly explained the options to us about life insurance for my husband. She went step by step over the requirements we needed and worked within our budget to make sure our family would be taken care of if my husband passed away. Not once did I feel like we were being up sold or given products we didn't need or couldn't afford. Serena was very knowledgeable anf pleasant. We have numerous policies through this office and definitely highly recommend Serena and her team to everyone.

We used Serena at Sunlife Financial when we set up our life insurance for our mortgage. Serena explained the process throughly and when we were finished I felt well informed on all the processes. Meeting with Serena in the blackfalds office was great. She answered our question & gave us some good advice on short & long term policies, for us to compare to see what works for us.
