Ray's Plumbing & Heating

Recently we had AC installed in our home. We went to a few companies for quotes but none of the quotes compared to Ray's Plumbing and Heating. Super friendly and honest about what we need. The wait wSnt too long for our unit to arrive and be installed. Ray took the time to show us everything we needed to know for maintenance.
A year ago he replaced our sump pump and he worked fast and arrived the same day we called. His prices are really great.

Water heater wasn’t producing hot water so called Ray’s. He showed up within the hour, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part that needed replacing and got it all fixed same day. Professional service and highly recommended. Plus it’s always nice to support local.

Called Ray in the morning, because the shop heater was broken, my dad got his parts from Edmonton, and he got her done same day call my type of service.

I've had Ray's out for water heater repair, furnace repair, and dishwasher installation. In all cases, I was impressed with how responsible and attentive they were.

Ray walked me through some troubleshooting on the phone first, come out to assess and return promptly with parts to repair. Their prices are fair and reasonable.

I would recommend Rays Plumbing. He was very professional and able to not only locate the problem but fix it. I had other plumbing companies in for the same issue with no resolution, Ray had it repaired in no time!

High efficiency Hot water heater issues. First Ray talked me through a potential fix on the phone. It did not work. Terry was dispatched , found the issue in less than 5 minutes & fixed it in 20 more minutes. Friendly , conscientious & he sure knew his stuff ! 5 stars … call these guys first if you have any issues.

Ray is Very reliable and honest man. We tried different plumbing company (3 letter. the famous one) in Leduc before. Our heating water stopped suddenly, that is winter. We have newly born baby. They came and and told us that it is fixed and they replaced parts. Very surprising amount of money they charge us. But after two days, heating is still dead. We asked a friend and recommended Ray's Plumbing and Heating. We told everything and he said, they replaced a wrong parts which is not the real problem. He just touch something and suddenly it works like a magic!. He didn't even charge us much consider that it is Sunday and early in the morning he visited us. Very happy with him and his work!

Ray showed up and diagnosed our furnace problem early in the morning and had the part sourced and installed the same day. Very friendly greeting as well as very quick and excellent service.

Ray came out and was very friendly. He is very honest as he could have charged us for a whole new water tank. It ended up being a quick fix and a very reasonable cost. Will definitely use him in the future! Nice to see companies like this exist!

Had no hot water from my hot water tank that was installed by the other guys. Called them first but said they were too busy and it couldn’t be looked at until the following day. Ray’s was out within the hour and all it needed was a relight. He was in and out in three minutes and didn’t charge me a cent for his time or travel. That’s service above and beyond. Thank you Ray’s Plumbing. You will be my first call next time.

When no one else would come to our rescue, Ray’s plumbing found the time to squeeze us in right away! We’ve since hired them again to have a dishwasher installed. I’m so impressed with their level of care for their customers. I will gladly use them again for any and all plumbing needs.

We had a water leak in our building. I called him and he was here within the hour. Had us fixed up and ready to go very quickly. Very reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

Made appointment to get my new dishwasher installed. Terry did a fantastic job and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this company. One thing I don't really like is the charge for mileage, as I believe traveling to customers is the cost of doing business. I was notified up front about it and I agreed, but I haven't seen that in other companies who do service work (not yet at least).

Called about a blocked toilet and they came and tried to fix it. The toilet ended up needing to be replaced because of the blockage. They didn't charge us for coming out and trying to fix it. Super nice and friendly. Definitely using them again.
