Everyone at Aspen was excellent to deal with. They were honest and fair with pricing, upfront on the condition of the used vehicle and answered questions in a timely matter. It definitely felt more like a family experience, one that I would go out of my way to have again. Carter,Josh and Mike were all excellent. Thanks to Rob for picking us up. Coming from BC it was a bit of a risk to purchase a vehicle unseen but would do it again with Aspen Ford.

Really friendly and non pushy salesmen. Didn't buy from here, but not because of the people! Carter was really awesome! Just didn't have a truck that met our needs.

I called Aspen Ford from a dealership in Edmonton... I had given the dealership in Edmonton a $1000.00 deposit Friday night. Monday that same dealer asked that I get insurance on that vehicle. I complied and got the insurance so the car could be delivered to my mother in law the next day. An hour later the dealership in Edmonton called and said sorry but they sold the car I given downpayment on Saturday. This car had specific options. I was at the dealership and called Aspen. They quickly sent the information that I needed, and we made a deal over the phone from the Edmonton sales managers office in Edmonton. From their Aspen Ford and Carter did everything they could as a team to go above and beyond. We were on the lookout for a new F150. We came across an amazing deal they had on a used one from a local owner. We called in and arranged for a test drive. We were greeted by John the sales manager and dealt with Bobby for our salesman. I can't say enough good about my time at this dealership. John was so pleasant to deal with, and bobby handled everything so well. He explained everything in great detail. Listened and was able to answer any questions we had. We also met Snoop, the dog who was such a sweetheart. Going to a smaller town dealership, everyone made it feel like a much more personal transaction. We did have good experiences at some of the bigger dealerships. But there's something about some of the smaller ones.

We did buy the truck we came in to see. The dealership gave us an awesome deal on our trade-in and even offered to bring the truck to us once it's ready as we are getting some addons done by them.

Mike in the service team literally saved my day (and my car). I drove from Calgary for work and my car died. I called for help and Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. Great Buying Experience Here. My experience in buying a preowned car at Aspen Ford Sales was excellent. Even though I live almost an hour away from Stettler, Jeff in sales made it easy for me to get information, negotiate a fair price, and place a deposit on the vehicle - and the price was the best I could find after extensively researching the best value I could find in Alberta. When I, my wife, and 5 year old son arrived at the dealership we were greeted by friendly staff and even popcorn which our little one loved. The car was nicely detailed and ready for us to test drive - thanks John! During the process of test driving the car, talking to staff, and completing paperwork we never felt pressured in anyway. Rob and his entire team actually helped us feel quite at home (which was a unique experience for us coming from the "big city"). On a final note, the dealership building seemed new, and was bright and open with lots of windows - very comfortable.
