Blackfalds Dental Centre

I just left Blackfalds Dental Centre and rushed home to tell you all about it! From start to finish, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist!

Receptionist: 10/10 amazing attitude, went above and beyond to help, and felt like I’ve known her for lifetimes!

Hygienist: 10/10 great communication, friendly and courteous, made me feel so welcome there and helped me overcome my anxiety.

Dentist « Dr. Maw » (excuse the spelling if incorrect, I didn’t check like I should have before writing this) 10/10 incredible at what he does, explained everything to me in ways that I could understand, showed me the options available to me and was so reassuring.

10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Really great service and friendly staff. They take the time to explain everything and generally run on schedule. Their concern for my dental health seems truly genuine.

Easiest dental appointment I’ve ever had! Some of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered! Very thorough. Booked for next year. Definitely recommend🙂

Dr.Andrew and Mckenzie are bloody amazing. I have major dental anxiety and they were comforting and supportive. I highly recommend this place. The staff is above and beyond! Will be back for sure.

I don't always looooove my dentist appointments and frozen face afterwards but the staff here is second-to-none.
They are professional and friendly across the board. I have had everything done here from scaling and polishing to fillings, a molar repair and a crown ... and I will most definitely be back! Hopefully only twice a year now for hygiene...:)

Everyone was super pleasant and I felt welcomed here. Everyone I dealt with were super professional, friendly and natural in their roles. I had no worry of being taken care of. Highly recommend the dentist Dr. Cheba. She was extremely knowledgeable.

All the staff I encountered were super friendly, comforting and welcoming. The dentists seemed highly skilled & knowledgeable and I felt confident putting my trust in them. I appreciated the time the dentists took explaining things to me & they made me feel like they genuinely cared about me & my health. FINALLY found a dental clinic that was kind and assisted me in dealing with my issues. The staff were friendly and explained issues to me. The dentist was approachable and ensured I was comfortable when she did my filling. Overall a very positive experience.

Dr Mast is probably the most skilled dentist I have ever encountered. His dental assistant is also top-tier and together they are an amazing team. I am very impressed with their professional conduct and technical skills. Many thanks for job well done!

Dr Cheba is highly skilled and is incredibly calm. Our son had an emergency. We were treated with such kindness and professionalism. The complete staff are warm and inviting. This has been our dental office for almost 15 years. Best place for families that want the feeling of community. Highly highly recommend.

Seriously can’t say enough good things about Dr Cheba and team at Blackfalds Dental...most thorough exam I’ve ever had and explained everything completely and being the first time I’ve really ever had work done they were amazing at telling me what they were doing as they worked and checking to make sure I was doing okay. Made my experience less scary and kept my anxiety at a minimum. Loved that the did preventative work instead of just waiting till it eventually became an issue. Highly recommend!!

Everyone at Blackfalds dental gets 5 star from me. Such amazing staff! They have been looking after me and my family for years. Dr. Mast deserves and extra star. Such a craftsman at what he does. I've spent time with him over the last few months doing some restorative/cosmetic work, and I have to say...I am more than happy I went to him. He is truly a fantastic human being! Thanks again Sir!

I first visited Dr. E. Cheba a couple months ago after getting nowhere with my regular dentist with regards to a sensitive tooth. Dr. E replaced a filling and set me up with a nighttime mouth guard as I have several micro-cracks from clenching my teeth. Unfortunately the sensitive tooth continued to get worse. A follow up appointment saw me back in the chair for a root canal with Dr. V. Cheba. The procedure is a bit of a process but Dr. V was very patient with me, explained the steps as we went and made me feel comfortable throughout (his assistant was exceptional at calming my nerves also!). After months of extreme sensitivity I am so grateful to both Dr. Chebas for fixing me up. I drank both cold & hot liquids today without any pain at all!! I recommend this clinic highly - they have been great to work with, easy to book & the staff there are very friendly, competent and welcoming.
