Jennifer, at front desk, really good and kind hearted. I had a lot of questions to ask. I took about half an hour and she replied well and made me understand.

I've been at this office since 1976. Never had a bad experience. They just love to accommodate your needs. Always available by appointment or phone. The staff here are professionals who actually care. Please if you're looking for special dentistry this is the best place for you and especially your children.

Friendly staff, very professional and kind dentist. Dr Dinca has a no-nonsense approach and works with the patient to formulate the best plan of care. She is very accommodating. The office is very clean, bright and modern.

I would definitely give a five star rating. This is because it was my very first experience with Dr. Kumaran & his team. This experience was followed by one more experience of surgery done on my tooth on Saturday. Both the experiences at Brimley Sheppard and at the McNicoll clinic were very goof. I did not even feel it when Dr. Kumaran extracted my tooth. He had recommended the use of a pain killer if I felt pain after the surgery. There was no pain at all after he performed the surgery & hence no need for using a pain killer. He is extremely learned & first makes a patient feel comfortable & then performs the surgery with a very light hand. Kudos to Dr. Kumaran.

This was my first time visiting the Brimley Dental Centre, I had a really bad wisdom tooth pain so needed urgent care. The staff and the doctors were really gracious and humble to give me last minute appointment and help me out, loved the place would highly recommend!!

I really like the straight forward and compassionate approach of Dr. Suja. She takes her time to really educate and make sure you understand all the procedures(cleaning and filling) throughout the entire visit. Dr Suja and her assistant are very professional, genuinely nice and very competent. Jennifer at the front desk is so nice and has been extremely helpful in scheduling my appointments last minute. She always somehow accomodates me, explains the billing details clearly and deals with the insurance. I highly recommend this Dental office.

Priti- the new dental hygienist is terrific. She's gentle and friendly and gave me many helpful comments about dental care. She's extremely bright and appears highly qualified.
Dr. K and Dr. Suga are also very helpful and friendly.

I had an excellent experience at the Brimley Dental Centre on Wednesday, November 4th, 2021. Doctor Monica Dinca is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. She fixed a cavity for me on my left eye tooth and there was no discomfort. I have two peg laterals and the left one broke off in my sleep. Doctor Dinca explained the procedure to me of the two options that are available in order to replace the tooth with either an implant or bridge based on the results of a C.A.T. scan of my jawbone.

My Dad is a patient of Doctor Dinca and he recommended her to me. I am really glad that I became a patient of Doctor Dinca as she is an excellent dentist.

On Tuesday, November 27th, 2023, I had an upper-right, back molar re-filled with porcelain and restored by Dr. Suja. Dr. Suja is a very patient, polite and understanding professional who is highly-skilled and extremely knowledgeable about her work. On November 6th, 2023, the chip in my molar was discovered in x-rays. Dr. Suja examined my teeth and took a lot of time explaining to me what had happened to my tooth and how she planned to repair it. Jennifer, the helpful and highly-competent office assistant and manager who runs the office was able to get a timely appointment for me in two weeks that really made me happy as I didn't want to wait until January since the old cavity would have eventually re-started. Jennifer always texts me with appointment reminders and I find it very convenient to just type one digit and text it back to her.
On November 27th, Dr. Suja explained the procedure to me and informed me of what she was doing as she was working on my tooth. I really like her methodology and how she interacts with the patient and let me know that everything was proceeding well. I could also tell that her dental nurse was very skilled and efficient. At the end of the procedure, Dr. Suja took a lot of time explaining the outcome to me and that everything went very well.
I would just like to add that the dental hygienist, Pria, who cleaned my teeth and took x-rays on November 6th, 2023, was meticulous in her work as was Dr. Suja who, indeed, is a consummate professional. My molar is now in great shape! All of the employees at Brimley Dental are excellent and I would recommend this facility to everyone. Again, as in 2021, I give this office five stars, plus.

Definitely the best dental office I've ever been to, from wonderful Jennifer who always welcomes you with a very friendly greeting at the front desk and always manages to accommodate my tough schedule for appointments - to Sam's amazing dental hygiene work, I've never had such a painless and thorough cleaning ... and fun too :) - to the fabulous dental work of Dr. Dinca, who is professional, friendly, answers my many questions and actually makes me look forward to my appointments. I will never go to another dentist now that I found them, I very highly recommend!!
