Georgia at Laval was amazing!!! Store 3514
WOWWWW, she was attentive to my needs and I was able to find everything needed. Mind you the store was closing in 15 minutes.

I went today to toys r us Laval
As they had the Our Generation event.
My daughter was over the moon. Very well organized event by Ruby and excellent service from Peggy. Great staff and well served whenever I go. I have to say loved how they handled all the kids and it wasn’t chaos. Great turnout. Keep it up Toys r Laval!!!

I’ve been going to this toys r us for 25 years, from my kids to my now grandkids.. and i’ve had the best service.. all over their promotions are really helpful and reasonable.. the cashiers are all very knowledgeable and do there best when having rude and unpleasant customers.. all over i wanna say thank you to the toys r us staff members for their patients, as i know some customers are difficult..

They have baby stuff from A to Z
And too much toys for all ages 👌🏻

Had excellent service by Peggy in the baby section for car seats. She made sure that the car seat fit my car. Overall a great experience. Stress-free. Very calm and service was A1. Would recommend !!!!

Had the best service ever in the stroller section.The young lady named Rebecca same name as me 😊 is a gem. I am an expecting mom and it is our first baby. She gave great advise. Took the time to understand my needs . She also took the time to make comparisons between models. All this on decembre 27th. Great service 👏 👍🏼 👌.

There was a recent mix up with a promotion that the Toys R Us head office posted and that it would be available at this location. This turned out to be incorrect. But the staff went above and beyond to make sure the wrong was made right. Special thanks to Georgia.

Yesterday I came to toys r us and got great costumer service by Georgia, she was by far the best customer service rep I've dealt with in a Toys R Us.She was very accommodating knew her products and had great knowledge on what I needed to purchase!

Great store with a great staff. Buying toys can definitely get confusing at times but, luckily, Georgia and Ruby are always there to help you find whatever it is that you need in the store. 👍

Staff was very helpful in helping us the large outdoor modular play center into our Ford Edge as the Box was way too large to get into the vehicle as purchased ! All the pieces were accounted for, placed neatly and off I went. Thanks.

The spot for toys in Laval. Babies R Us is also a good spot for maternity and toddler items. Research online before hand as staff may not know specifics. Also, check out is very slow. We should have self serve at Toys R Us by now.
