Sérieusement à lire les commentaires ça me ferait peur, mais ça fait près de 15 ans que je suis à cette banque et j'ai toujours eue un super service. Il y a même un employé qui se souvient des noms de tout les clients et me salue à tout coup. C'est la première banque où que je rentre et je me sens bien comme si j'allais visiter ma famille, du moins ils montrent qu'ils sont là pour vous. Oui là nouvelle technologie que se soit dans les banques, magasins,... ils nous poussent à aller vers cela. Et c'est triste car parfois juste de parler avec la caissière ou la personne à la banque est parfois les seules personnes qu'on verra de la journée, et on est des êtres sociables, donc un simple sourire, un bonjour peut faire la différence dans une journée, mais ça c'est un problème générale des grandes entreprises, là on entre dans un autre débat.
Pour conclure, jusqu'à présent, le service là bas à toujours été.excellent envers moi, en vous souhaitant la même à vous tous.

Disgraceful, dirty bank. Windows s always dirty floor old furniture banged up. I feel like I’m in a bank in Haiti ….. terrible. The staff is very good. This is why I gave it a 3 star
