Just bought a pickup truck dodge Ram, and can only said good things about Mitch and Adam. They were well knowledgeable, and very helpful. everything went well and easy. efficiency is the key at Serpa, and both Adam and Mitch are the proof of it. trustworthy, honest. i admired their patience, and respect with new buyers. not pushing or trying to sale you everything. They took the time to explain all details that I could process the information, and make the best choice and decision. I definitely highly recommend serpa!!

Living 2 hrs away I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle so far away, but I am glad I did.it was a very pleasant experience, salesman Kenny was not pushing a sale, very polite and made me feel very comfortable. When I went to pick up vehicle it was as advertised and everything was explained to me in full by finance manager before I signed on dotted line. Kenny then went over some of the details on vehicle. The owner of Serpa also contacted and all made me feel like a valued customer which is rare these days. I highly recommend Serpa Chrysler to anyone including my friends/family to buy a vehicle here.

Moe was an amazing salesperson. He is excellent. He talks really nice, he gave me an really good deal. I wish I can give him 2x the 5 stars but there is only 5 stars max. His team worked really nice from there manger, finical section and the whole team did really good. Our family is so happy.

3 weeks later after I bought it, I went to there same dealership to undercoat my jeep. Then at the end after undercoating. one of their car washing section there was a team member called Jeff he was an excellent person he talks really kindly and he is unbelievably nice. He washed my jeep for free. it looked brand new again. My family was extremely happy. I really want to thank him again. 👍

At the end of last month, I went to this car dealership. I just planned to take a look and understand the market. I had no intention of buying a car. However, we did not expect that we met Mr. Sun. He is sincere and enthusiastic; Patience; very knowledgeable not only about Jeeps but other makes as well so we trusted him. Based on my specific situation, he carefully and patiently selected a Jeep that was particularly suitable for me. He also introduce it to me in detail, and compared and analyzed it with other cars to help me make a correct judgment. After that, he helped me test drive the car. I finally decided to buy this Jeep, and he helped me go through all the procedures for buying a car. On the day I picked up the car, he very patiently and carefully explained the demonstration instructions. In short, the whole process was very clear. The details were all done very well, and in the end I bought a Jeep that I was satisfied with, and I was very happy to drive it! In the end, in order to thank Mr. Sun, I gave him a few hundred cash, but he refused on the spot, saying that this was what he should do, and he just wanted me to introduce friends to buy cars. For my convenience, he also personally delivered the deposit check to my home. I have never encountered a salesperson with such good professionalism, professional ethics, and character, so I specially wrote this review to express my respect for Mr. Sun and your car dealer!
