Loving this new team at the woodbine. Great customer service I shopped here today and felt so happy with my service. Cashier Jonell was so polite and friendly, I let her know her teammate and her was doing a great job and she said that’s her manager I was so impressed. Great job on a more friendly team I can shop her more often.

I love this location. The store is alway clean and well organized. The manager is super friendly and kind always greet you with a smile as well as the staff very helpful. They make reasonable exceptions on exchange and the manager/staff go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Appreciate them so much plus they always have deals going on!! My favourite go to clothing store😊🙏♥

I just want to say I came into the store the other week and they had very good sales and I’m proud to have bought 4-6 tshirts with the help of an employee named Tristan I appreciated his help with the changing rooms and cashier work he even took my bag around the desk to make sure it wasn’t heavy for me I love this store

I dont know why but the workers here are super nice and welcoming, they say hi to you, help you out and so forth, no moody behaviour, they dont do no faces or noises.

Take them out if there, give them a raise and take em to higher positions. You dont get people like this on a daily!

From the time I walked into the store, it smelled clean. The store is well laid out and orderly.
Jonel who was the staff working was extremely helpful answering all the questions I had about some of the items. She is friendly, greeting me when I came into the store, and knowledgable about the items being sold.
I recommend this store if you are looking for a deal on some great clothing.

I’ve walked into this store multiple times and i was finally greeted and helped with excellent customer service from being greeted, to being able to ask for help without the staff giving me attitude, escorted to the fitting room and then assisting to help me cash me out without feeling pressured.

I used to go here with my mom every now and then. But today I went to buy my cousin some bday gifts. Always amazed at all the sales going on. Right now basically 50% off everything. I went near closing time today but plan to go back tomorrow and see what else I can “steal”. Great deals!

I go to this store more often than I care to admit. But this place has great prices and always have sales on. The clothing quality isnt out of this world but its comfortable and lasts fairly long, especially for such a low price! It's a great store for back to school shopping or building up a wardrobe.

I have been to this store several times and not once were anyone rude to me. I am baffled by the complaints here. I even walk in and don't buy anything and when I do it's all pleasant. I haven't seen them standing around doing nothing either.
