Luisa and her team did a fantastic job preserving my bridal shower and wedding dresses. Absolutely gorgeous presentation and such care put into my precious garments. I will be going back for all of my dry cleaning needs. I had a wonderful and professional experience at this family owned shop (love that!).

Top notch service and quality across the board! My wife and I used Pronto Cleaners to clean and preserve her wedding dress and take care of my suit. The work was done very quickly, and the dress looks good as new with no remaining dirt or makeup stains to speak of! When I was unable to pick it up, Anthony had no issues hanging onto things for a long period of time until I could stop by. My wife and I used Pronto Cleaners to have her wedding dress cleaned and we were very happy with the whole experience. The customer service was exceptional and the way they cleaned and preserved the dress was incredible. The bottom of my wife’s dress was completely black by the end of the night and Pronto Cleaners was able to clean it perfectly. They put my wife’s dress in a beautiful box with a window area so now we can store it nicely in the house and can also take a look every now and then to admire it.

I brought my wedding dress to Pronto Cleaners and I couldn't be happier with the results! They were able to remove all of the dirt and stains from the day of, making my dress look brand new. To top it all of - when I went to pick up my dress they packaged it neatly in a box - making it super easy to store back at home. On my wedding night, unfortunately some red juice was spilled on my wedding dress at the end of the night…
I was so worried that the stain wouldn’t come out. Fortunately, Pronto Cleaners did a great job and was able to clean it completely - I was so happy and relieved. They also preserved my dress by putting it into a nice big box with a window for safe keeping and storage.

Probably the best dry cleaning service I've ever had. Great customer service and top-notch dry cleaning. The best part is, because they do their own dry cleaning on-site (unlike most of the dry cleaning storefronts that send out your garments to one main facility), you get all of your questions and concerns answered by the professionals who do the actual work.

Very experienced professionals (I think a long history of family-owned) who managed to get stains out of white shirts that my other cleaner had trouble with. With this amazing service and competitive prices, I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I recently had the pleasure of using the dry cleaning services here and I am extremely satisfied with the results. My sofa cushions encountered some wet stains and I was worried they might not come out. But they did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning and restoring my cushions to their original condition. The process was quick and efficient, the prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is amazing. I will definitely be coming here for all my dry cleaning needs in the future.

I've used a handful of dry cleaners services and pronto has by far been the best. I've had my down jackets cleaned and 4 of my carpets cleaned too and the job was not only well done, but customer service was excellent too. Prices are reasonable and the wait is not long at all. Every member we interacted with there was super kind. I'd recommend you go there, even if it's a bit of a drive for you!
