Seven star roofing

Did an excellent job on adding a downspout from one roof to another. My neighbour recommended Seven Star when they replaced his roof and I would use them again.

I had work done on my roof by this company. It appear to be a leak around the chimney (it is a challenging spot, big stone chimney) after the work was done. I sent an email with photos and the owner showed up with few hours and it was Sunday! I value companies following up with their warranty. The remedy was done and I was advised to monitor if all OK and assured they will come back to address it. Highly recommended.

I used seven star roofing to replace the existing shingles on my shed. When they left I noticed hundreds of bumps/holes on the other side of my shed's roof. The nails were longer than the thickness of the roof. Disappointed!

I called seven star roofing to get a price estimate for my parent's roof dormer fix. Rude and inappropriate customer service straight up hung up on me because my phone number was not a toronto area code. "Call me when you get a local number" was his words before he hangs up.. I can imagine what it would be like to do business with them. Im sorry but I Do not recommend their business. Awful customer service.
