My husband and I did some research before asking for quotes. Stephen was very professional in presenting the product line and services his company carried and is very patient in answering any of our questions promptly with detailed explanations. He also offered recommendations like shingle quality, style and color based on our needs and budget.
Alex and his team completed all work seamlessly in one day as promised. Pictures of work-in-progress on the roof were sent to my phone to keep us posted. Stephen dropped by in early afternoon to check out the work and answer any concerns we had. The team did all the cleaning and disposal afterwards as agreed. Also rolled the magnet to pickup nails from my lawn as the final wrap up.

I got in touch with Stephen. He was amazing from day one. His customer service was great. He took his time in going through the different options with me and answered my concerns in a very timely manner. I really liked how reliable he was and that he showed that he cared for my business. A+ Roofing Canada did a remarkable roofing job. Stephen offered me excellent suggestions with a reasonable price. The crew well protected my property prior to start of works. They paid attention to details when installing shingles. Afterwards, they cleaned up so thoroughly and I did not even notice that they were here. My new roof looks awesome! I will strongly recommend A+ Roofing to anyone that I know who needs a new roof.

We needed to replace the roof and we received like 6 quotes, only Stephen from A+ Roofing was very quick on reply and professional in his actions , he did a great presentation on the different shingles type, he was sending different videos about their project...he was following up not like other contractors. The job was done as agreed in one day and his team cleaned up everything even those shingles which flown to neighbor backyard due to the wind. Also - he send pictures from the roof to show what they replaced and to show everything what they added as per agreement. Which is really helpful. I would recommend this company to replace your roof if you are looking for quality work! Also his price was very reasonable and not overpriced.

While we were planning to replace our 15 year old shingle roof, by chance we heard about A+ Roofing on radio. After reading a number of great review on HomeStars, we decided to save our time shopping around and went with this company. I then messaged the radio, revealing my intent of getting A+ Roofing service.
Stephen, senior consultant of the company, called me promptly and sent us a detailed quote by email shortly afterwards. He was courteous, professional and extremely obliging - a pleasure to speak to. The quote was reasonable and he explained the various options and recommendations clearly, making sure I understood and was comfortable with my choices. He also showed us examples of his company's project that we felt confident in the quality of their work.
The roofing crew arrived and started their job earlier than we expected. They were extremely efficient, hard working and detailed in finishing the project. Throughout the job, Stephen sent me pictures of the work done and kept me up to date with the progress.
There was one issue that came up during the project - we requested to replace our 25+ year old leaking skylight at the very last minute. Luckily, the issue was brought up before the shingles were done. Stephen responded to our request immediately and provided us with solutions. We bought a new skylight on our own and Stephen offered us a fair quote for installation service. He forwarded us a copy of the revised order and promised that installation work could be completed on the same day. He came with his technician soon after. Though the skylight we bought was a bit smaller in size than the existing roof opening, the technician provided a very thorough description of their approach to fixing it . They took an extra 3 hours to finish the job. We were very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic.
Once the job was finished, the crew cleaned up the work site thoroughly and left our yard as it was before. Stephen went above and beyond for us. True to his word, the job was completed as scheduled. We could not expect a better job than this. The end result is a gorgeous new roof and a perfect energy efficient new skylight were impeccably installed.
All we can say is WOW!! (Except, of course, we're grateful.) Stephen and the team's performance exceeded our expectation. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing quality roofing done at reasonable prices.

Arrives on time and had the old roof off and the new shingles installed on the same day. The workers made sure to clean up and did a great job. Roof looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
