I saw these negative reviews but I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. The price was amazing and the quality was excellent. Thanks Tony. Keep in mind that statistically if the company upgrades thousands of roofs and only gets a few negative reviews then it likely means all the other reviews are positive and people just didn't bother to comment because they were pleased.

Do not use this company!!!
First off 4 x singles blew off in the first storm after installation. Called Larry and he basically said they wont return to fix and I would have to pay.
Had a real roofing company in and they said the shingles were installed incorrectly and this voids warranty.
BJ roofing also installed some shingles over existing.
DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!

Really poor workmanship and attention to detail. Only partially removed old shingles. New shingle in corners is truly awful. In some corners the singles sit too high so water runs right over eavestrough, in others plywood is totally exposed. Plywood was not even secured to roof. Experienced roofer could not believe to poor quality.

Company does not return call after completion of job, rendering Warranty Meaningless.

Demo of old roof was sloppy. Found hundred of nails across the property for month. Even lost two cars tires to roofing nails not cleaned up by company.

Needless to say, do not use this company.

BJ Roofing did our roof last year in April 2018 and we had a severe leak over the winter which costs us $6000. We called BJ roofing several times and the salesman Tony says he is only does sales and talked to the owner Larry. He gave us the no of the owner Larry and he said he is the new owner and sent him the contract but would not owner it and said talked to Tony or email Maggie. We have emailed the company several times with no one replying to us. Today Larry picked up the phone and says he is not the owner but David is the owner but does not speak English and a few months ago Larry said he was the new owner and he promised he would look into and today the whole story has changed. He said he will talk to Tony.These people are crooks and should not be in business. We do not recommend this company at all. Please be aware.

These guys are crooked and should not be in business. Tony the sales person was great when he was setting things up, the job was completed in appearance which I found out after making the payment that additional work was required there was no response from him or his company. Now after only eight months the roof is leaking and Tony or his company are not there to respond or assist in emergency. I strongly suggest to anyone to avoid giving business to this shoddy company. NOT RECOMMENDED, BEWARE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Follow-up: I received a response from the new owner Larry for asked me to forward my contract (so apparently he did not have a copy) which I did. Upon his review he declined to honour it. So much for his posting in response to mine.
So as it stands, this new owner cannot be trusted!

DO NOT USE this company! After two years the roof is leaking. It turns out they never replaced the old boards or valleys. Never placed rain and ice shield on the roof either.
The leak is right above a light fixture which makes the situation extremely dangerous and yet they still did not come and they continue to hang up on me.
Their 10 year guarantee is a lie.

Simply a disreputable company. The overall job does not look professional. We had a warranty issue with a leak at a roof vent. We were told that there were high winds three weeks prior and that is why there is a problem, so it will cost me $200 to have someone come by. Their 10-year warranty is worthless. BUYER BEWARE - THEY JUST HAVE TO SAY "HIGH WINDS" AND YOU WILL BE ON THE HOOK FOR ANY PROBLEMS.

Bj roofing doing neighbours homes beside me. These guys do such a sloppy job, they threw tiles and nails all over my side of the property which is locked behind a gate. They also threw bottles of water.

When I approached there team, non of them speak English. One guy came over and tried to force open the gate. I told him it is locked. I cleaned up the nails as much as I could see and the tiles which thy thee onto my property. I would not trust a company like this.

Doing sloppy work and throwing debris onto someone else's property.

Don't try and save a few bucks, use a reputable company. You will be thankful!

Roof had a leak after their installation and they never bothered answering my calls for repair nor did they provide an answer for warranty. Bad service. Do not trust them

Avoid this company at all cost. They are not reputable and are impossible to contact if an issue of any kind arises. Learn from other's mistakes. Be wise and pay a bit more from a "real" company. You will be happy you did in the end.

They installed the flange incorrectly and are giving me the run around regarding the 10 year warranty. Tony hung up on me as well.

Tony and team did excellent job in my budget. Using quality material made in canada.

Bad Workmanship, Bad service and Bad Materials !
Just 3 years, we found leaking. Calling Mr. Wang, he always didn’t answer the phone. texted and emailed him servals times, replied he would arrange someone to fix. After that, no one visited . Phoned and texted Mr. Wang, not replying anymore. Finally we had to pay to another company to fix it.
I have to say “10 years guaranteed “ is a joke!

2016年街坊介绍此公司换的屋顶，今年春融雪时发现漏水，之后发展到下雨即漏，打电话永远不接，短信电邮追，回复安排人来看，之后就没有了下闻，不断追，再也不回复！我们不得不付钱找其他人来修复，发现接缝处的排水铁皮根本没有换过，仍是旧的，更没有放“ice-water”胶布，加上施工质量差，钉子外露，引至入水。
