Nice staff, lovely building.

It's a post office in a beautiful old stone building. Just the building alone is something to look at.

In the past couple months or so, it seems that we have a new person on the route. Who ever drives the gold CRV does a fantastic job and we get nearly every single package, and he’s been extremely helpful. Additionally the counter staff I have dealt with have been fantastic too.

Before this I would have left a 1 star, we were getting horrendous service where who ever would deliver to our house wouldn’t bring packages. Would say no ones home and put the slip in the mailbox when people are here, “heavy” packages of about 5lbs, it was terrible. I spoke to the management at this location and it was a EXTREMELY rude interaction. Seems there is or was a couple bad apple but it’s been sorted in some way or another

When I called with some questions about a failed delivery the reception was very patient and explained everything to me.

I have recently had dealings with new post misstres, very short and unfriendly.I have had great success with KAREN you need to get her back!!I have been informed that the community as a whole has the same feelings in regard to her service and unfriendly manner.
