Incredible service at Stayner Pet Centre, took our dog in for a nail trim today and treated our dog so well!! Made sure she was comfortable and did an excellent job!! Thank you so much for everything you did for us today!

Reliable. If we ever need certain products that are not available in the store Gary always makes sure to suggest alternatives options and if not suitable he goes out of his way to special order the products needed.
We rely heavily on partnerships with other pet supply businesses and so far Gary's has been the most helpful. This is why we travel 1hr out of our way to shop at the stayner pet center.

Owner and staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Product pricing is reasonable and they always look into obtaining products they do not typically carry, or giving suggestions for something else that may work.

Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Always worth checking out. They always have a few different supplies then other pet stores, and a few unique kinds of fish.

These guys are fantastic, we live in Toronto but will only get our dog Gizmo cut up here. They're super friendly and accommodating and have everything you could need to keep your pet healthy and happy. I highly recommend this place they're worth going out of your way for.

Has a wide variety of aquarium products for a small store. Also great customer service and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend

Found a mama cat and kittens, called the store and was provided all the info needed to help ensure kittens are cared for. Amazing caring staff helped me and was able to offer curbside pick up. I 100% will use this store again for any pet purchase I need. Thank you for your amazing service!

Awhile back, before virus, I wanted a specific harness for my small breed dog. I drove to Barrie, and went to several stores, and than Angus on the way home. My trip was unsuccessful so I thought I have nothing to lose going to my own town’s pet store. I was so happy when they had what I wanted. I’ve learned my lesson and this is the only pet store for me. Gary has an amazing wealth of knowledge and we are fortunate to have him right here in our community. Thanks so much for settling here in Stayner!!

Very honey and friendly store

Great place and good people!!! They have my business any day !!!!! I drive 20 to 30 min each way to support this local area buissnes when I could go 5 min to pet value and I don't because the service here is great and the owner is a nice gentleman.

We loved bringing our dog in for grooming to Gary and Jennifer.
There you can find everything and more for your pet needs and to spoil them. Always a pleasure to go and shop at Gary's store.

Great locally owned pet shop, with a perfect little selection of fish. They have just about anything pet related that you may need and very friendly and helpful staff.

i have a dog who is hyper sensitive when it comes to grooming. Every time I or my daughter tried to take hom to groomers over the years waited with bated breath for the phone call half an hour after drop off, "come and get your dog, we can't do him, he's too hyper" so we'd have to try our best on our own to pathetically groom him and he ends up looking like a homeless stray. thank God for Jennifer the groomer here in Stayner! They said I could stay while she groomed him so he wouldn't be so traumatized......well, it worked! my dog has never looked so good! most other places won't let you stay with your dog during grooming. i am so pleased with the service and my dog was so much calmer and Jennifer got the job done! SOOOOO HAPPY!!!

Love Gary, and we have our dog groomed there and he always comes out looking great! :)
