It was a nice clean little rest stop. It was nice to finally see a nice lake be maintained. From what I saw anyway. Nice water. Great views. I will definitely be going back to madeline lake.

A great little park with picnic table, fire pits, boat launch and a kids playground. Warmest lake around Yellowknife for swimming in the summer. Fishing is pretty good as well. A great place to go canoeing or kayaking, not a lot of power boats.

In winter this is a great place to see the Aurora / Northern Lights, there is a good parking area and you can walk right onto the ice to get a view clear of the trees.

Nice day use area, multiple picnic benches and fire pits. There is a dock and a boat launch. Outhouses available. Can fish right from the dock and catch pike.

I've been there a few times with my wife, kids & friends for a campfire, and a cookout, LOVE it everytime 👍

Great place to view the Aurora. Only about 30 minutes drive from Yellowknife. Pretty quiet at night
