Great customer service, Thanks! I called and left a message about getting a hydro pole to get power to my new garage. They called back within minutes! They took my information, checked their yard and got back to me to confirm they had what I needed with pricing and when i could get it.

It's very nice to deal with a company that actually gets back to customers.
Unfortunately, over the last few years that has not been my experience with most companies. I called several other companies before Staerk and they all said no problem they would get back to me. They took my information and then crickets.

We arrived at our chalet. Flickering lights, no heat. I randomly googled this company for an emergency service. Andrew picked up immediately and within 5 minutes helped me diagnose our issue. He told me I needed to get hydro one out here, and instead of just leaving it at that Andrew called the on-call tech for me at hydro one. He then followed up to ensure we were taken care of. Without Andrew we would have been without power for hours or even the entire night trying to figure out the issue. Can’t say enough of the service we just received. Stand up guy. Also pretty sure he was at home with his family and still took the time to help a total stranger.

Andrew and his crew did an outstanding job of line clearing the trees along our lane. Their Care diligence and skill was very professional. Highly recommended.

Had an electrical problem diagnosed as needing a new panel by other contractors costing thousands of dollars. Called Staerk and over the phone diagnosed as a hydro one issue without coming to inspect. Called hydro one who came and said good thing you didn’t get a panel as it’s our fault. Staerk saved me from an expensive fix that would have been a waste of money!!! Can’t say thank you enough!
