Amazing place to stay. Extremely friendly and welcoming people and a must when coming through the area. The cows are the sweetest. Amenities are clean and work well, and even though it's raining cats and dogs the weekend was a complete pleasure for our city teens.

Georgette and Eldon were the best hosts for our long weekend stay! We were in a pickle at the campground we originally had booked, so we were feeling down, but they turned our weekend into one of the best ones ever! They showed us around their ranch, allowed us use of wood for a fire, made for very friendly conversation and stories and made us feel like family. This is their personal property, so while not a traditional campground (fire pits at every site, trails, laundry facilities) they go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They have a washroom building that is well maintained with a shower on each side, dumping station, full hook up for water and power, above ground pool, and plenty of picnic tables. Would definitely stay here again, even if just to visit to say hello.

What a lovely experience. The owners are the nicest kindest people. We have stayed there twice this year and I have to say we were lucky to have found this gem. We left with a big bag of garden goodies as well. I feel like we met new family. For sure will stop in next year. Thanks for everything.

Georgette and Eldon were the best hosts and the cream of the crop. It felt like we knew them all of our lives and we are definitely coming back in Sept on our return trip from the Yukon!! Where else can you wake up and look out your window to see cows grazing in the pasture - it was magical to be with them. Such a great place to stay! We’re two females biking across Canada and they took us in like family. One of the best places we’ve stayed during our entire trip. They even went out of their way to check up on us by car because we arrived later than planned. We stayed in a tent and it was a beautiful site. They have hot showers, potable water and electricity if you need to charge anything. We highly recommend!!

After a long 8 hour drive, and a sandy site at kap-kig-iwan, our trailer decided to see just how deep the sand on our site was. We started our long weekend with a disaster, and kap-kig-iwan had no other sites available. We searched and phoned Hilltop RV. They told me on the phone they had spots available, with electric and water hookup! We were there as quickly as we got our refund at kap-kig-iwan.

Georgette and Eldon were amazing!! Eldon shared many stories and walked us through his yard with many things to see!

He gave my son a bicycle and myself a jack for a car that I had enquired about!!

Their generosity was way more than expected, and on what felt like the hottest day of the year, Georgette cleaned the aboveground pool so that our 4 year old could go for a dip!

They started fires for us, provided wood and resources for everything we needed during our trip!

They opened their yard up for people to lay a head and get rest, and make great friendships at the same time!

Georgette and Eldon are very great host, very welcoming , flexible and caring a lot about the comfort of their guests. ;) I stayed one night at the end of the season and very much appreciate our conversations and their sense of hosting. Also their is plenty of room for any kind of RV, tent, cars, washroom and hot showers are very well maintained as well as the property. 👌 I do recommend that place 100% !

This was a terrific place to stay! Eldon and Georgette were wonderful, kind, and accommodating. Clean, well-kept, hot showers, electricity if you need it, good potable water, a campfire in the evening, and good conversation. We couldn’t have asked for better.

Lively spot. We are legit I'm the middle of someone's back 40, parked on an immaculate lawn with 30Amp hook up and water. Dumping is just on the way out. They have flower gardens, cattle, and are far enough off the highway that you don't hear the traffic, and close enough that it isn't a trek to get to. The owners even offered us a campfire!

Two wonderful people run this immaculately kept campground. Call ahead, they have plenty of spots available. Conveniently located off the highway, hot showers, clean water and electricity. With so many spots to visit in the Tamiskaming Shores area, this campground makes for a perfect base camp.

Great spot with grass sites. Electric getting upgraded. Great couple (Eldon and Georgette) operating the site. It's also a working farm with a few head of cattle.

Great place to stay, owned by the sweetest couple that make you feel at home. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to everyone.
