Reiki Up Energy Healing

I had the utmost pleasurable experience having my first reiki session with Holly. Holly has a very calm aura, she is a breathe of fresh air to be greeted by. She operates out of a beautiful, new, clean establishment. She makes the room sparkle in ways I never thought a room could sparkle. She gave me an hour to myself (which is hard to come by!)to reset, recharge and relax. Her treatment was the best I’ve yet to experience! I left in such a deep state of relaxation. I will most definitely be getting this treatment more regularly as it helped me cleanse my mental and spiritual energy.

Reiki has completely changed my life and I am so thankful for it. I went into my first session with an open mind but a little nervous. As soon as I stepped into the space, I instantly felt safe and relaxed. Holly has such a beautiful energy and I have left all of my sessions feeling lighter and happier. I have noticed a big change in my sleep, I dream more and I find myself using some of the grounding techniques Holly has shown me in my every day life. I love that I don’t need to talk during the sessions but that Holly gives me the chance to share with her at the end if I want to. I can’t recommend Reiki Up Energy Healing enough, it truly has changed my life!
