Barriere Laundromat

Very reasonably priced little laundromat. Tucked in behind a house so it's a little tricky to find but there's ample parking out front. Not wheelchair accessible. Usually fairly quiet so you don't have to wait but there are only 3 washers and 2 working dryers so if there is a line up expect a long wait. Usually tidy and there is a bathroom.
Update *** all the machines have been replaced with fully functional equipment

This laundromat is extremely clean, and not as busy as I thought. The machines are reliable and the owner, keeps everything in tip-top condition.

This place is amazing 🤩. Not only is it clean and we'll maintained, but also it was pretty empty on Sunday. We didn't know what to expect, and this was the only laundromat in the area, but it is probably more desirable than some laundromats in Kamloops.

This laundromat is very clean and well look after. There are 10 washers and 10 dryers. Bring quarters,loonies twoonies.

Super, sauberer Waschsalon mit ausreichend Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, sehr gute Ergebnisse

The first 2 washers still had hair/dust/dirt on the outside and inside. Other than that, the place was very clean. There is Soap/Bleach/Softener vending machine but I was surprised and a bit disappointed that there was no change machine. That would've been very helpful especially since there is only one ATM in town, that I am aware of, and the grocery store does not do cash back when paying with debit nor will give coins for laundry.
* The ATM is located in a Credit Union Bank that probably will, but I'm very shy when it comes to unfamiliar towns/businesses so I never asked.
The normal size washers do not take toonies, only loonies and quarters and run for roughly 35min. The 3 over sized washers Only take quarters.
All of the dryers take toonies, loonies, and quarters. With the normal size dryer the $4 run time is 45min.

This laundry mat is great so clean ! I drive from Kamloops to use it ! It’s too bad the laundry mats in Kamloops are so out of date neglected and basically filthy I would never recommend them to anybody!

Great little laundry mat, nice clean modern machines, and friendly environment. Some washing machines do eat more than their stated cost of $4.00 though.
