TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Excellent place to get your New Year bills. I can't speak to their other services, this location gives you new bills without a fuss. I make the long drive from the west end of the city just to avoid the hassle at other branches that don't understand the need for new bills.

This is my first time writing a review but I believe she truly deserves it. Her name is Janice Wun and I had the pleasure to meet her while I was at the customer service counter. I needed a credit limit increase and she offered me two great alternatives. First, the increase in limit on my credit card and secondly a line of credit. I appreciate her honesty because two weeks ago when I went to the same bank, no one told me I had this option available. In addition, I’m just starting to learn about the financial world out there and I’m very impressed with Janice’s professionalism, manner, and patience. She explained everything in simple words and I could feel she really wanted to help me solve my problem by talking about her own situation. Overall, it felt like a nice conversation between friends. Sadly, that’s very hard to find nowadays in the customer service field, therefore, I highly recommend her to everyone. Keep up the good work, Janice 👍

I had a really great experience here. I applied for a mortgage pre-approval and Ben was so helpful. I was even 15 minutes late to our appointment because of traffic.

Throughout the process he was very patient and helped me through all my challenges in getting my approval and deposit information completed on time.

TD Bank prides itself in having the best in customer service and most of the time, it is true. Here is the branch that proves it. Always a long line here to the bank tellers but they are so accommodating and friendly that in the end, your frustration in the long queue would be paid off.

Wow I had a wonderful day today one of the employee from TD Bank name​ Esther Keophila she is a costumer relations coordinator offered me something that I greatly appreciated. To cut huge and unnecessary monthly payment from my account every month. I'm very grateful​ with her time and attention for the benifits of their costumer that's very enlightening.

Needed fast access to a Green Machine and this Pacific Mall location was the closest.

This branch had 4 Green Machines and I was in and out quickly.

The lineup for counter service seemed to move along quickly as their were enough Customer Service Representatives to keep clients happy.

I’ve been a TD Bank client for decades and still happy with their overall performance.

I had a wonderful experience and deserves a 5 star. All credit goes to Marissa who had all the patience in explaining everything and help me open new accounts.
