Kal Tire

When my tire blew out on the way to work, the people at Kal-Tire were excellent. I called to let them know the tow was coming and they were ready for my vehicle. They had to source tires for me with no notice on their part, at no extra cost to me, and were able to replace all my tires the same day.
They were courteous and efficient even though it is a busy time getting other customers' vehicles ready for winter.

Always helpful. I prefer to get my tires done here.

Had a bit of a shimmy in the ol' Santa Fe, brought her in for a looksee. Based on our description they thought we needed a wheel balanced. They were right, car runs great now, smooth with no shimmy. Best part is, we bought those tires from Kal Tire in Calgary and they did the balancing for free. Great shop and would definitely use them again.

Amazing team that literally saved me today. I drove from Calgary with a rental car through Enterprise that broke down randomly in Stettler. After being frustrated by the rental roadside assistance saying they'll only tow the vehicle and leave me here (?!?) & they'll have an alternative car for me in 3 days in Red Deer.. I learned Kal Tire has an exclusive contract for Enterprise rental vehicles, so I popped in. Their team was quick and professional, fixed the issue within 30 mins, so I could drive back to Calgary today. Everyone in the office was genuinely kind and knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Direct billing through Enterprise and the process was super easy. Thank you so much again for helping me come home to my little one today. I highly recommend their team and service!

Unbelievable customer service! In the thick of winter and bad roads they were able to find winter tires that would fit my vehicle, AND schedule me an appointment for the next day when I was coming through town. Proficient mechanical experience without sounding like he just wanted us to spend more money! Phenomenal customer service and was so full of joy and grace on what appeared to be a very busy day at the shop. we were blown away!

Got in me in the same day. Helpful staff, went out of their way to find a part for my car. Highly recommend

Showed up first thing in the morning with a nail in my tire (and it happened to be a rental). They immediately got me in and fixed the tire without an appointment! It was even trickier because it was a rental but they helped me direct bill it, no problem. Really appreciated the prompt and friendly service!

They have always had good service at the Stettler location. First time however not getting the exact tires I wanted for winter. That was due to the manufacture and shipping so it what it is. Hopefully that gets sorted out soon.

Service extraordinary!!

I came in at about 3 and they were packed with customers. I needed a tire balance and rotation before I left for the southern United States.

They told me to come back at 5:30 even though they close at 6 and took care of me. No charge for the service because I bought my tires.

I highly recommend both for value on tires and after-sales service.

I had a great experience here! I had to wait with my baby and my 3 year old while they put my tires on. The young boy that worked here was so polite and accommodating. There was a large waiting room with coffee popcorn tv and more... might just go hang out there on a regular basis! Lol they were fast, and I got good quality tires at a great price. Thanks guys

The very friendly and courteous staff at the Stettler Kal Tire were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. They had the work finished very quickly and had done an exceptional job. Not only was the whole experience a very positive one, but they also had the lowest price in town for the item I needed and the cost of installation. I absolutely, 100% recommend the Stettler Kal Tire to anyone and everyone, and I will be going back to them for any of the services that they provide, that my vehicle might require in the future! All in all I couldn't be happier with their work or their staff, and I couldn't suggest them strongly enough!!

Jamey, the assistant manager was amazing, helped me out big time on multiple occasions.
The staff and service are always in point.
Randy in the back is another great guy, always down to help, and has a great sense of humor.

I have been taking my truck to Kal tire for years in Edmonton until I loved to Stettler. The Stettler location is by far the friendliest, fast & efficient location out of all that I’ve been to.

I went in with a low tire pressure warning on the Saturday afternoon of the long weekend. The guys were awesome. I was down 11 lbs on my front passenger tire. They took great care of me, so I could be on my way.

Always ready to greet you at your car and help in anyway possible, this tire shop is the epitome of customer service. The staff go above and beyond to give you the Kal experience, and this is obviously a reflection on their leadership. They offer a large selection of tires for any conceivable use and if they don't have it they will break their back getting it. Their automotive knowledge and expertise does not stop at tires as they do excellent mechanical work also. Whether you're stopping in for a coffee and popcorn or looking for the best autoshop experience in town, you will find it with a smile at Stettler Kal-Tire.
