Ben Wong Restaurant

So peaceful, I went late Thursday night, and while there were a lot of pick-up orders, I had the place to myself. I ordered the dinner for one and the wonton soup while I worked on my laptop. Food was hot and tasty! Service was timely and nice. I have also ordered takeout and it is always timely and they have no problem making substitutions. This is my favorite Chinese food place :)

We came in later and just missed the rush. I didn't catch the server's name. But she was very nice. Thank you for the great food. Definitely worth coming back for both. I loved all the plants, good serving sizes and comfortable atmosphere. We all ate way to much.

Amazing food and quick and friendly service! Had buffet and was not disappointed! Highly recommend the Wonton Soup and sweet and sour pork! Will definitely be back!

This place was by far the best restaurant I’ve been to in Alberta. From the servers, to the food, to the inviting atmosphere, this was a true 5 star experience. The ginger beef and salt and pepper chicken are to die for. Jody is the best server I’ve ever had. 10/10 would come back again.

Wonderful food! In fact, it was the best Chinese food we have ever had! The spring rolls were freshly made and the entire meal was absolutely amazing! The service was also wonderful and very prompt. While the resturant is in an old building, the dining area and restrooms were immaculate. This was a welcome and surprising stop while on a cross-country road trip.

Our server was nice, and every bite of our food was delicious and perfectly prepared. We will definitely be back!

Jody is the best waitress ever! She is so kind and thoughtful to her customers. I highly recommend if you are driving through town.

Excellent food and outstanding customer service. Jody always asks about family members and has put a lot of care and effort into our satisfaction. Ben is regularly making special custom dishes for our enjoyment, and when ordering in, this is our only restaurant of choice. It’s also a treat to attend their buffet.

It was absolutely amazing. Driving into a small town and we were starving, incredible service. The best Chinese food I’ve had. How sad it’s not in my city. I live in Calgary!!! Who knew small towns had such amazing food. Their rating isn’t high enough!!

The food and the service here is just amazing. Very friendly staff and the owners are very kind and generous. They really go out of their way to make you sure you are a satisfied customer.

Got takeout for the first time today - everything was very fresh and tasty. Excellent egg rolls, chicken fried rice was great, stir fried vegetables were very good and the orange chicken, although different from what you'd get in a fast food mall outlet was really good. I'll have to try the buffet some time.

We were looking for a Asian food restaurant in the Crows Nest Past and found this one in Blairmore. We ordered out due to Covid situation. The lady that owns the place was very nice and appreciated our business. We took it to the Lunbreck falls and had our meal on a public picnic table. We absolutely loved the Chinese food and will definitely keep this as one of our go to restaurants in this area. Definitely recommend Ben Wong.

We're from Pincher Creek and with our Chinese restaurant closed, we drove here for food. DELICIOUS! And worth the drive!. Egg rolls and spring rolls are crispy and flavorful. Highly recommend! And if you call ahead you don't need to wait.

We are from out of town, but went here last week. The food is good, but I really like the fact the owners remember us from our (periodic) years of going there. It is great to have a conversation about our kids and where they are in their lives etc.; it makes for a much nicer dining experience. Thank you!!

We headed out to the Crowsnest to dine at Ben Wong's for a family birthday dinner and enjoyed a lovely evening in the mountains. The service is warm and welcoming; the manager and wait staff are friendly with both locals and non-locals alike; and are attentive without being invasive. Ben Wong's offers a great buffet with a good variety of dishes, which were topped up regularly. The restrooms were clean and well-stocked, and the dining rooms' decor is attractive. We're looking forward to ordering from the menu on our next visit back.
