Lifemark Physiotherapy

Before I started seeing Jared I thought I’d never be able to walk without a limp again. My knee was so sore it was hard to put a shoe on, walk up stairs or sleep at night. I was in a lot of pain. After a few sessions with Jared the pain was greatly reduced. I was able to go on my trip with upwards of 20,000 steps a day, then treated my knee with heat at night and naproxen. I’ve had several sessions upon my return and no longer limp, struggle up the stairs or take any medication.

I had a great experience with Jared. At my first appointment, he took time to gather information about my concerns and asked about my lifestyle so he could formulate a treatment plan that will fit my needs. With each appointment, I received therapeutic treatments and was taught new stretches or strengthening exercises to help rehabilitate my injury. Jared explained everything clearly and was very polite and professional throughout.

I've been seeing Tamara for my shoulder this past month. She is absolutely amazing to work with. The home exercises she gives are quite easy to do and help a ton. Every time I come in she is always smiling and in a positive mood. One of the assistants (unfortunately can't remember her name) is super friendly also. Really enjoy coming in for appointments here and HIGHLY recommend Lifemark and to see Tamara!

Staff are friendly and diligent especially Basit my physiotherapist, very well-versed with regards to physio therapy treatment. My frozen left shoulder healed!

Went here for back issues. Met my physiotherapist, Jennifer, she was personable and professional. I spent six months doing regular appointments, there were moments where I got really down and thought I’d never be able to get back to normal again. She provided me with constant encouragement and reassurance, I don’t think I would’ve been able to finish the process without her. The facility is bright, open and clean. The staff from front to back are the epitome of friendly and professional in my opinion. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to get themselves sorted out. Any future therapy I may need, this will be my go to. Thanks to everyone there!

Tammy has been excellent at assessing my injuries, working on them and giving helpful and appropriate treatment. She's very friendly and personable. The home exercises ‘prescribed’ are excellent and achievable.

I have had a few injuries throughout my career and this facility is great. My current therapist Chelby Stark is equal parts compassionate and motivating as a therapist with great communication skills. It makes all the difference in recovery. Overall I would recommend this facility over any others I have attended.

My husband Chris received treatment from Tamara B. post surgery from a quad tendon rupture. She was integral in getting Chris back up and moving. We were so grateful for her post care treatment. Her professional direction and home care suggestions were super helpful.

I've been seeing Tamara (Tammy) for a few months now, trying to get my sciatic issues under control. She has been awesome! She's very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. We regularly talk about random things. She's also been interested in what's going on in my personal life, after having lost my husband.

I had a hip replacement and post-op saw Jennifer at Lifemark. I chose the location as it was very convenient for me.
I was part of the group class which Jennifer led. She was engaging with all the participants and I found her to be very sociable, approachable and knowledgeable. She was able to advise on different exercise techniques if you were having trouble with the one she was actively doing. Jennifer led the group to be successful in their rehab. I would return to Lifemark and Jennifer for any further rehab needs.

I was advised to go to Lifemark after a MVA and was not disappointed. My therapist Jennifer was able to pinpoint the direct issue regarding my back and followed up with a wide variety of stretches/workouts to re-strengthen my area in need. Although I didn’t leave therapy at %100, she was able to send me off with a package of exercises/ stretches to be able to continue my own treatment at home. 10/10 experience, would recommend to friends or family in need of assistance.

I had used Lifemark several years ago for a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. They did a fabulous job then so my first choice for my recent injury was Lifemark!
The team at the front desk are friendly and very efficient. I appreciated how clean and organized Byron and his team were. Once again, they fixed my injury and got me back to 100% again. I would strongly recommend Byron and Lifemark!

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and was referred to Tammy for physio. The staff team is professional and efficient in guiding you through the process. Tammy is approachable, personable and knowledgeable in her field. Her treatment program has given me relief from my ailments and enabled me to continue most daily tasks with as little pain as possible.

After a car accident in February of this year, I began physiotherapy at Lifemark Physiotherapy in Sherwood Park. I appreciated their understanding of my insurance entitlement and protocols after the accident. They undertook the paperwork to guide me through that process. Janet provided thorough and ongoing assessments to determine my changing needs and treatments. Under her direction and assistance, my recovery has progressed successfully. I have been equipped with exercises and knowledge that will carry and strengthen me for life. For that, I am grateful!

I've been seeing Byron Kadatz at Lifemark Sherwood Park for quite a few months and have had an excellent experience. Byron is easy to talk to and is a good listener. The at-home exercises and in-clinic treatments are effective and progress is being made on treating my injuries! I would definitely recommend Byron to others!

Staff is efficient and helpful. Tammy the physio I was referred to for MVA treatment has a great personality and knowledge to help heal. I have been seeing her regularly and it has helped me with daily pain and recovery.

I was injured in a rear ended accident in October 2020 and Tamara did an exelent job treating me. She is a very nice and very pleasant person and sure knows what she is doing.
I am feeling real good right now, and hope I don't have problems in the future. I sure miss the Tamara and her staff who are always very friendly and helpfull, but if my neck is giving me trouble again, I will sure go and visit her again. I advice anyone that has an injury, to go and see her, you won't regret.
